Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan city of Catania

We had a lovely stay at Chiara"s place. Swims in the morning and drinks on the balcony in the warm evenings. The apartment is very well appointed and tastefully decorated.

The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the center on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to solve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of a cultivated, lush green property with a fantastic view towards the east coast. Everything was as expected based on the pictures and description, even a little prettier. Cleanliness top, tranquility and panorama fantastic. The reception is super warm, recommendations for excursions very good. The location is of course a bit off the beaten path, but absolutely OK to reach by car through narrow alleys. You just don't find something like this directly in the village. Overall, an absolute recommendation!

Loved the location, it was tucked away right near the main square, but still private! The 2 air conditioning units were perfect! Catania was soo hot so it worked so well for us. The host gave us an early check in, very acoomadating. The place was just as described and definitely worth the money!

The place is well ascetic, but everything you need is there. However, you'll need to buy your own tea, coffee, laundry supplies, and other everyday supplies that many homes have. So for a longer stay is fine. The location of this is great. Very close to Piazza del Duomo, supermkarkets, train station, bus station, everything is in the walking distance. A cabin on its own gives you a nice privacy and cozy stay.

Giuseppe is an exceptional host, very helpful and available. The village of Motta Camastra is very nice and the view is sublime. We were lucky to be there during the 2 days of the village festival so we could enjoy the concerts, fireworks, processions, illuminations and brass band. The apartment is very functional, well located in the village and allows you to enjoy the various visits to do in the vicinity including Etna. We regret not staying longer!

Already miss this lovely place which became our dream Sicilian country home for three nights! Located in a peaceful gardens area, accompanied by lovely doggies, Mathilde's place gave us a feeling of coziness and freedom. I can only regret that our busy programme didn't allow us to meet with her in person but she was ver approachable and easy going. If you are looking for a quite place near to Naxos and Taormina, and a good starting point for Etna - don't hesitate to book this place :)

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

My husband is in a wheelchair and Maria went out of her way to rent a wheelchair for our stay. The villa looked better in person than in the pictures. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked, including a juicer for fresh orange juice.

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a friendly and warm welcome with Pina. The house is extremely clean, spacious, comfortable. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. Views of the sea on one side, Mount Etna on the other. Flowers in abundance. Calm and serenity guaranteed. Pina was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information. Even though the house is isolated, we had all the necessary directions to get there. It is a typical house, tastefully furnished and above all filled with attention to make you feel at home. We highly recommend this place!!!

Andreas house is like a home away from home. It is thoughtfully decorated, the lavastonehouse is charming and inside it has everything you need. The ourdoors is beautiful! The view is spectacular, the kids loved the pool and the sorroundings are unimaginable. You have to see it to understand, how wonderful it is. Andrea is the perfect helpful and informative host. The area is peaceful, a bit rural, but that makes it just better.

Al Meriggio Apartments is a lovely and comfortable place, in a fantastic surroundings. Amtonia and Antonella were friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a great stay!

Amazing Experience. Even though we booked here right before the check-in time, Host was very responsive and actively greeted us! The location is perfect for catania visitors because everything is near the place. Host came to the spot and helped check-in process together. They described everything by themselves and recommended lots of things in this city. It was the best experience i have ever had in this app.

The accommodation was great. The host always responded quickly and was very helpful in all situations. Even though the accommodation was in the center of the action, it was still very quiet, which was great. The room looked exactly like in the pictures, but the only thing that bothered us a little was the lack of storage space.

Vincenzo is a great communicator and attentive host. He shared valuable reccommendations for things to do in the local area, restaurants and shops. The accomodation is in a fantastic location with views to Mt Etna in the west, and the coast in the east. It is very comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. Thank you very much, Vincenzo!

This was like staying in a palace. The two bedrooms are enormous, with balconies overlooking Piazza Bellini. The location is amazing, a short walk from the train station, and close to everything you want to see, with a lot of great restaurants nearby. Antonio was very responsive and friendly. Honestly, probably the best apartment in Catania.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Very nice, incredibly quiet yet central place to stay. Well-equipped kitchen, Paola kindly provides coffee, tea, spices and more. Comfortable beds. Very private garden, very quiet at night (we traveled in February). We parked the car in the parking lot next door for a fee, we found this option suitable for us. All in all a direct hit and wonderful place.
