Villa holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

A nice, clean and well-equipped house with everything you need. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony and pool. Car is pretty much a must to get to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Communication worked very well with both Giulia and the local Property Manager Francesco who was very quick helpful and came with great tips on beaches and restaurants which we very much appreciated. We had an amazing week with many wonderful memories! 🌟🤩

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, and the view from the place is stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. Both bathrooms were modern, spotless, and super comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy and each had air conditioning, which was a huge plus. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

We rented Simone's house for a long weekend with 5 adults and felt right at home and welcome. The handover on arrival and departure went smoothly. The house is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished, beautifully and quietly located and has been extensively renovated. The last 100 m of the route to the house is a bumpy gravel road. The pool was cleaned every morning. Very nice landlords. Overall very pleasant and definitely recommended.

Beautiful view from the terrace of the surrounding countryside, well-equipped kitchen, good access to beautiful beaches and several supermarkets in the village. Our stay was great!

We had a really very nice weekend of the Immaculate Conception at Villa Mary! Since our arrival, we felt welcomed and pampered. The magic of Christmas was already in the air: the Christmas tree had been prepared with care, giving it a warm and festive atmosphere. A nice surprise was finding the fireplace already on when we arrived, which made the environment immediately welcoming and romantic. A really thoughtful thought! Also, we really appreciated the fact that there was also food and water for our Wolf🐱. It's rare to find a property that really thinks of all family members, including our four-legged friends. The villa is taken care of in every detail, clean and equipped with every comfort. The stay was a perfect blend of relaxation and Christmas magic. Thank you very much to Giorgio for his hospitality and attention: we will definitely be back! I recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience a romantic and familiar w.e.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

We had a fantastic time at the villa! The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures - maybe even better. Especially the large, clean pool and the quiet location in the private complex with great views made our stay perfect. Communication with Sabrina was great from the start – she was always available, welcomed us warmly and provided us with many tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. Check-in and amenities were also absolutely straightforward and well thought out. The location is ideal between Cagliari and the beaches of Chia - perfect for day trips and relaxation. We were there with several people and had plenty of space - inside and outside. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the photos. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. Sardinia ideal, beach after beach along the coast, would definitely recommend. Elvira, many thanks the perfect host and a beautiful Villa. Best wishes from us all.
