Holiday rentals with a balcony in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Very large apartment located in the center of Pula with private parking, great location to get around on foot in the evening. Melissa was very helpful when checking in in the evening and providing plenty of directions to the area, restaurants and activities. Ideal apartment for groups of 8 people and very spacious, perfect for visiting the beaches of Pula and Chia (distance about 30 minutes).

We had a great time in Cagliari! The apartment was pretty nice, kitchen was fully equipped (only a peeler was missing), comfortable beds, everything was clean - 5/5 stars! The communication was so easy, Sara answered rapidly. She also send recommendations for beaches etc. Thanks a lot! Only point to criticize is the noise from the street during the night. If you have a light sleep, you may hear the noise. But well, in return the location is really good, you walk outside the door and you will find many restaurants and bars. We liked it! Thanks Sara and Riccardo for being great hosts, we had an incredible trip. 🫶🏻

Good location of the property very central to the upper part of the city. You can reach everything on foot. Accommodation is in a small alley, therefore there are only windows in the living room and bedroom, so do not expect a beautiful view. For a short trip to explore the city, the property is recommended. I would not recommend longer stays due to the location and lack of windows in the bathroom.

Beautiful complex with a pool, charming, beautiful palm trees, spacious 2 rooms with a kitchen and a large terrace. It's a shame it's so short.

My family and I had a wonderful 12 days. Melissa welcomed us with kindness and friendliness. The house is located in a beautiful residential area of Pula. Great location to reach the beautiful beaches of the south coast. Downtown Pula is a 10-minute walk. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets around the house. The nearest beach (Nora is only 4 minutes away by car or 15 minutes walk) The house is well furnished, equipped with every service and comfort, as described in the listing. The large terrace has allowed us to eat outdoors and relax. Parking is available inside the property. Beautiful vacation and thank you very much to Melissa. We will definitely be back

Vanda and Endrio were great hosts. They greeted us at check-in and were always available for our questions and requests. The apartment was truly "spotlessly" clean. And very comfortable. The location is great --walkable not only to the many restaurants in the area, but even to the castle.

We had an amazing stay and we visited Green House Pizzeria- the pizza there was incredible and was two mins away!! Lovely quiet neighbourhood and lovely apartment with a lovely terrace :)

Very cozy house. Great cleanliness and very nice owners. Location in a peaceful setting favorable for night's rest. Everything you need in the house for a pleasant stay. Truly recommend! Thanks
