Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We had a wonderful time in Sardinia. Mattia received us in a very friendly way and was very helpful. He gave us good tips and supported us with every question. The nearby beach (about 4 minutes by car) is very nice. But we would also recommend visiting other beaches, as Sardinia has many beautiful corners. A car was very worth it for us, and the free parking space in the property was also great. The surrounding area is very quiet and you could sleep well. The city is just around the corner. So the location is great if you want to relax but also experience something. We recommend the place and would come back anytime. Thank you Mattia for your hospitality 😊

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

Very nice and well-equipped accommodation with a magnificent view of the sea. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean and everything as described. The beaches 5 min. by car. The center of Pula 10 -15 min. walking. Valentina provided us with fresh fruit and water to welcome us. Very nice touch .

Fabrizio was extremely helpful and attentive with everything we needed. The apartment was just as the pictures, fully equipped for everything you would need on a beach trip. The location was great because it was pretty close to everything by car. We loved the private parking spot, that way you can relax and not be worried about getting your car towed away. Again! He’s a great host with great local recommendations. Worth your money.

Fabrizio is very attentive and responsive. He waited for us to receive us in person even though our flight arrived almost at midnight. Location near the airport. Perfect stay for a group of 30-year-olds. The house is one street away from the beach where the water is so clear and calm, we all took dips every single morning. Only one bathroom, but it is VERY spacious. The shower is a bit small and tight, but it does the job. The house is very nice and clean. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but again... it does the job. The house is well equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a long stay; laundry, hangers, a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil possible, beach chairs, etc. Last but not least, the owner of the house is a total sweetheart. She is one of the best hosts we've ever had, she's responsive, friendly, educated, and helpful.... we hope one day, we can come back again.

My partner and I stayed in Roberto's apartment for four days and we really enjoyed it. Roberto was very friendly and hospitable, welcomed us on arrival, fulfilling our request to anticipate check-in. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable, the location is great, in a quiet area from which you can easily walk to the center of Pula and with a few minutes by car to the various beaches in the surrounding area. We are fully satisfied and will definitely be back at Roberto's next time.

The place was very clean. The bed was super comfortable & the kitchen was really well equipped. The reception was warm & I felt very welcome. The communication was uncomplicated & Matteo responded very quickly, friendly & courteous to my wishes & questions. The location was also very good. The area was quiet & very nice. Shops & restaurants are conveniently within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a great apartment & the ideal starting point to explore Cagliari and the surrounding area.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights and were very satisfied. Great communication and very clean. Nicolo was there for every question and we could even leave our luggage in the accommodation longer. Thank you! We recommend having a car or at least a bicycle, otherwise you won't get very far 🙂

We had a great stay at Matteo’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and the location was very central. Matteo was super helpful as well, giving us tips on what to see. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

After the surprise of discovering the place, a little out of the way out and quite wild, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners are very friendly and the place is atypical. Ramona speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is an absolutely exceptional person, full of enthusiasm and projects and always positive. Possibility to share meals with them, which is really worth a visit for both dishes and exchanges. We loved it. If you are not looking for luxury but rather authenticity and contact, go there without a second thought.

One thing to know is that there are no windows! Otherwise a wonderful small home.
