Il est extrêmement facile de communiquer avec Elisabetta. Elle est disponible et tres agréable. Sa maison se situe au calme dans un lotissement très fleuri et a quelques minutes de la plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et gardons son adresse en favori. Merci Elisabetta, au plaisir de revenir visiter votre belle île. Louisa 🌹

Prachtig huisje, vlakbij Cagliari. Rustige buurt. Daniele is heel vriendelijk en stond ons bij aankomst al op te wachten. Goed bed en fijne badkamer.

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

Tita Villa is a beautiful and very well-equipped house located in the prestigious Is Morus compound – a peaceful and secure area, perfect for relaxed walks among pine trees and holiday homes. While the compound has its own beach access, we personally preferred the nearby beach at Santa Margherita di Pula – absolutely stunning! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Communication with Lorenzo was super easy and quick, and self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. He’s been an excellent and very kind host throughout our stay. We can 100% recommend Tita Villa and would love to come back in the future!

Un excellent gâteau et des confitures maison à notre arrivée, nos hôtes ont été charmants et aux petits soins. L'emplacement de la maison est parfait pour visiter le sud ouest de l'ile. Merci pour votre accueil

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto

Michele byl velmi milý a ochotný hostitel.Jeho dům je kompletně vybaven vším,co potřebujete. Má krásnou zrekonstruovanou koupelnu.. Dům leží jen několik minut od velmi krásné pláže.V blízkém okolí je několik restaurací.Solanas je skvělé výchozí místo pro další výlety -Cagliari,Vilasimius.Pobyt jsme si velmi užili!

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Five stars all the way! Die Lage ist grossartig, es ist nicht mal eine Minute zu Fuss zum Strand, und der Strand ist wunderbar mit türkisem Wasser und viel Platz. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern, ideal: Schnell am Meer, schnell zuhause. Auch der sehr grosse Garten ist toll und hat alles – Liegestühle, Platz zum Spielen, Schatten. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst, die Aussendusche haben alle besonders gern genutzt. Besonders schön sind die neuen Bäder. Luca ist ein grossartiger hilfsbereiter Host. Er hat uns super Tipps gegeben und immer schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa! Die Unterkunft ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – vielleicht sogar noch besser. Besonders der große, saubere Pool und die ruhige Lage in der privaten Anlage mit tollem Ausblick haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Sabrina war von Anfang an super – sie war immer erreichbar, hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Tipps zu Stränden und Restaurants in der Umgebung versorgt. Auch Check-in und Ausstattung waren absolut unkompliziert und durchdacht. Die Lage ist ideal zwischen Cagliari und den Stränden von Chia – perfekt für Tagesausflüge und Erholung. Wir waren mit mehreren Personen da und hatten ausreichend Platz – drinnen wie draußen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

What an amazing stay at Villa Mavi! We enjoyed every moment of our time here. The hosts’ hospitality was truly exceptional — something we haven’t experienced anywhere else in the world. It actually felt like spending a vacation with family. We were a group of nine, and there was plenty of space for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The house and garden are both incredibly charming, well-maintained, and welcoming. The garden is thoughtfully equipped with something for all ages, including small children, and offers plenty of space and cozy sitting areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The area is peaceful and green, with the city of Cagliari just a 25-minute drive away. We would love to return and highly recommend Villa Mavi to anyone looking for a quiet, restorative getaway!

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

Ett fint, rent och välutrustat hus med allt du behöver. Helt fantastisk utsikt från balkongen och poolen. Bil är i stort sett ett måste för att ta sig till stränder, restauranger och matbutiker. Kommunikationen funkade väldigt bra både med Giulia och den lokala Fastighetsförvaltaren Francesco som var väldigt snabb hjälpsam och kom med bra tips på stränder och restauranger som vi uppskattade mycket. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka med många underbara minnen! 🌟🤩

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und es besitzt eine Klimaanlage. Flexible Fliegengitter an fast allen Türen und Fenstern. Elektrische Dachfenster mit Außenrollo. Alles in allem eine ruhige Lage. Ein sehr schöner Pool und tolle Liegen, wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Pool, was sofort geklärt wurde. Der Kontakt vor Ort war wirklich top und auch der Besitzer war sehr korrekt und freundlich. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, so dass man wirklich immer das Auto benötigt. Das einzige was ein wenig schwierig ist, ist die ganze Müllentsorgung. Denn erstens die Mülltrennung und Abholung ist eine Umstellung, aber das Haus Müllfrei zu verlassen ist eine Herausforderung. Wenn der Besitzer uns nicht dieses Problem abgenommen hätte, es wäre für uns nicht lösbar gewesen. Vielen Dank dafür. 🙏 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hervorragend gefallen. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt. Empfehlenswert ist der kleine und nahe liegende Ort Pula. Wunderschöne und charmante italienische Atmosphäre!

Wir hatten das Haus von Simone für ein langes Wochenende mit 5 Erwachsenen gemietet und fühlten uns direkt wohl und willkommen. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief problemlos. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet, schön und ruhig gelegen und wurde umfassend renoviert. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt auf den letzten 100m über eine holprige Schotterstraße. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Insgesamt sehr angenehm und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
