Perfect stay... just outside the center of Pula (within walking distance), with convenient free parking a few steps away. Clean house, tidy and with everything you need to feel at home (cooking utensils, oil, salt, coffee, umbrella with deck chair). The house is equipped with air conditioning but it was not necessary as the house stays cool in the evening. Last but not least, flexibility on check-in and check-out times. Walter's apartment is a dream. The beach is within walking distance. We were there by car and could visit other beaches. The restaurants on site or nearby were great. The two terraces are a dream for us. We will be happy to come back.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Very clean, well-kept and tidy apartment in a quiet and peaceful area. I had a great time and I will definitely be back. Alessandro and Ilaria are two very friendly and caring hosts with guests. In addition, there is also the possibility of bringing your own dogs, an opportunity that is not taken for granted 🐶 Super-recommended!

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We thank her with all our heart and wish her and her family all the best and look forward to a next time 🥰

We spent a wonderful holiday as a family in this great holiday home in Sardinia! The house is very well maintained, tastefully decorated and equipped as described. We were particularly enthusiastic about the wonderful pool, which provided a welcome cooling on hot days and was extensively used by young and old. The location is quiet and relaxing, perfect for switching off, and yet you can quickly reach beaches, shopping and beautiful excursion destinations by car. The spacious terrace overlooking the mountains was our favorite place - simply fantastic! Communication with the host and the locals was very friendly. They were very helpful and always available if questions arose. We felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

The apartment corresponded well to its description and had a wonderful view. Excellent location, shop around the corner and a top hamburger restaurant downstairs. It was easy to get to the center by bus. It was easy to get in touch with the owner. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Thankyou so much to Aldo and Francesco, A truely beautiful and peaceful property in a great location to explore the nearby delights of southern Sardinia. Lovely weather just topped things off. Both hosts were extremely accommodating and also on hand for advice/help with anything regarding the holiday. Couldn’t recommend the property any higher. We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

Giulia was absolutely fantastic! Our flight arrived in Cagliari around 1am, but Giulia had no problem meeting us despite the late hour. She was so kind and welcoming, even bringing a snack to help us settle in and start our holiday off. She made everything feel easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. From giving us tips on local restaurants and beaches, to helping us find the Airbnb and answering any questions we had during our stay. Whenever we reached out, she responded quickly and was always eager to help, which made us feel really well taken care of. The Airbnb itself was spotless, quiet, and modern. The apartment had everything we needed. Even though the street outside can be a little lively at night, the apartment stayed very peaceful and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Cagliari. We honestly couldn’t recommend Giulia and her place more. Definitely a 5-star experience.

The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Nicola's communication was excellent—he was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

A superb one bedroom flat nearby the longest beach in Cagliari. I have enjoyed my stay at Livio's flat and wish to return. Overall, Sardinia is one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and safest places in the world, with wonderful, decent, and friendly people.
