Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped - we lacked nothing. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We especially liked the loving details in the furnishings and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

Edvard's apartment was super beautiful and deserved all 5 stars, the views were magnificent, the furnishings, new beautifully designed bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea can be reached by a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and the sunset is simply fantastic. Thank you Edvard ...for this beautiful place to stay.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

Great Location directly at the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. Our Kids loved the terrace with the watertap, they played for hours so that we could enjoy the view. The beds are really comfortable, and with the sound of the waves we slept better than at home.

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Our stay was a 10/10. The apartment was clean, is superbly equipped and fully corresponds to the photos. The roof terrace is a real highlight. The apartment is superbly located, within 15 minutes you can reach the old town. Nevertheless, it is relatively quiet. Only the search for free parking spaces in the surrounding streets is a bit difficult every time and costs a little time. Here, Luong quickly helped us with a map of the possible parking areas. Luong was generally a very nice host and always quickly available for questions.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari within 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. The breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich, is also particularly noteworthy. The accommodation is very quiet in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca, for the pleasant time! :-)

Our stay at Casa di Maria was great! Sabrina was helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully modern, and had everything we needed. The location was very good making it easy to explore the city. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you.

Great place, wonderful terrace with a beautiful view, spacious, comfortable, sensational neighborhood, comfortable bed, everything you need is in the apartment, everything is close. In the center of the city, many attractions in the area. We loved it!

Great location. Beppe was helpful giving instructions. The parking spot was close by and great to have. The mattress was comfortable and the apartment was quiet.

Matteo's place was a great little retreat. The space is also much larger than the pictures would have you believe. Matteo was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, highly recommend!

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

A really perfect place to stay right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation rental is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you just need to buy food if necessary drinks. The only thing that is not 100% perfect is the swimming opportunity, as you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes by car to the beautiful coves. Supermarket is 5 min by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us because it's a really dreamy place.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available for us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both during the day and at night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the area. Thank you for everything!

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in Cagliari, the accommodation is ideally located between the heart of the city and the beach. Easy to access, very clean and comfortable with a really nice patio. Thank you to Alberto for his kindness and hospitality. We'll be happy to go back.
