Holiday rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Really enjoyed the Villa from Manuela. Beautiful serene place. Manuela went far beyond the usual to be an excellent proactive host and communicator. Highly recommended.

I recommend it 100%. We had a great stay. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. Very clean house, air-conditioned, tastefully decorated. Very nice garden with dining table, garden furniture, hammock. The best for kids: games in the garden, foosball, board games and even nintendo!! We felt right at home. 😁 Lots of small touches for breakfast, lunch, our son, etc. Quiet area, close to all amenities by car.

Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We had a great stay with Debora and Ruggio in Elmas. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in, as we arrived at night. The accommodation is easily accessible from the airport by train. The check-in went smoothly, everything was very clean, modern and lovingly furnished. We were particularly enthusiastic about the breakfast kitchen: Even if there is no cooking facility, it was excellently equipped. There was a wide selection of snacks, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, water and (lactose-free) milk. A capsule machine with coffee, tea, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment were also available – all clean and fully stocked. The bathroom, like the rest of the accommodation, was freshly renovated and tastefully decorated. The train station, restaurants and a supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. Many thanks to Debora and Ruggio - we would come back anytime!

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Carla and Elio's home was an experience well beyond our expectations. The accommodation is wonderful, clean and equipped with every comfort. Close to Nora beach and in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches in the area (Chia, Tueredda, etc.) but also the center of Cagliari. A special thank you to Carla and Elio, two exquisite people of disarming kindness. From the first moment they welcomed us and presented the house in every corner, providing objects for the beach and the sea as well as a very well-stocked pantry, from breakfast to dinner. Mattresses and pillows are also very comfortable. On the last day of our stay we had a little mishap with our car and even on this occasion Carla and Elio were too kind and helpful in helping us solve. A highly recommended stay for everyone!We hope to be back soon.

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation - everything was super clean and we had 5 relaxing and relaxing days :) We highly recommend the accommodation, you can't go wrong here. This is a gem of an Airbnb! Matteo was so proactive and helpful, giving us a wonderful guide to check in and local recommendations. If we had any questions he was so quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the sights of Cagliari but not too close that you’re in the middle of town. We will definitely come back to Cagliari and will stay here again, thank you Matteo!!

Great location in the old part of the city. Good communications with host. Good for a short stay as shower and kitchen a little small.

The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's located walking distance from old town, very nice area. Also close from the bus/train station which is well connected with the airport. We enjoyed our short stay there.

We were on a family holiday trip and the choice of the apartment offered by Patriza and Filippo turned out to be extremely happy. The place is ideal for families with children - walking 15 minutes from the beautiful beach and scenic hills, close to restaurants, supermarket and bus to the city. We are very grateful for the excellent furnishings of the apartment - everything was to have a nice time and sunbathing. When we arrived, Filippo greeted us at the entrance - very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was visible every step of the way - thank you for the great fitting of the fridge with fruit, drinks, and biscuits - it was very nice. We emphasize very good contact - Patrizia responded to every inquiry in a short time and helped when we had questions. Thank you also for your help on the last day - it was very beautiful when traveling with a 2-year-old toddler. Thank you very much. We recommend to everyone - Patrizia and Filippo are the best hosts in Cagliari.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We spent 2 weeks in Marco's home, the apartment is impeccable, very well located and in a quiet and respectful residence. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marco and Simona are available, responsive and understanding! When we arrived we were more than 2 hours late because of our flight, which made us arrive at 10 p.m. and despite this they waited for us without holding it against us! Thank you for hosting us, we loved our stay in Sardinia ☀️

We have really enjoyed our stay at Domu Prexada. It is such a lovely place! Géraldine is a perfect host. She gave us some tips for hikes, beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was served outside, on the terrace. Simple, but delicious. Everything was clean and well organised. Many thanks to Géraldine! I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

Very nice house inside and outside with a beautiful garden. We stayed in 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Piero met us cheerfully and showed everything we could need during our stay. The house is close to Cagliari, just 20 minutes ride. He recommended us a few restaurants nearby and responded very quickly to all my requests. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning at a sunny terrace: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, different snacks, plenty of water, juice and soft drinks. It was a nice start to explore Sardegna! Grazie!

We enjoyed are stay in Elisa’s Bnb, her husband who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and well appointed.

Our stay was memorable! In addition to a small cooking class, in which we learned how to prepare traditional culurgiones, we were spoiled every day with exceptionally delicious food both for breakfast and in the evening. Mariano's cooking skills are particularly noteworthy! The property is beautifully located and maintained with great attention to detail. The large vegetable garden and the variety of plants were particularly impressive. The accommodation itself has a very special charm that can hardly be put into words. The warm and entertaining conversations also made the stay something very special. We will never forget the days we spent there. An experience that we carry deep in our hearts and would be happy to repeat at any time.

Wonderful place. We had contact with Elisa throughout our stay, we did not meet Francesca. In the B&B there are 4 bedrooms, we stayed here with 8 people and thus used all the rooms and had the B&B to ourselves - this was great. The rooms are fully equipped & also with airco (amazing!). We rented a car so we could drive to Cagliari ourselves, the apartment is quite far away from the city center.
