Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sardinia

Cristina was a great host, she gave us clear instructions for our check-in and recommended us some local restaurants. The house is very beautiful and located in a peaceful area, perfect for people who appreciate privacy and a rural vicinity. Beautiful beaches are close by and easy to access if you have car.

Magali's open space is spacious, welcoming, bright, comfortable, and cozy. Clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need and more. It was very nice to be able to enjoy both the dawn lights on one side of the house and the sunset lights on the other side. The area is quiet and relaxing. Supermarket a few minutes' drive away. Magali is responsive in communications, welcoming and her presence is very discreet, as if she were not there. Great experience!

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Our stay at Ida and Ennio's was only 2 nights, but we would have liked it to be two weeks. It is a really beautiful, quiet accommodation, surrounded by nature and history. From the beginning, she was very concerned about each of the details that could make our stay perfect. Recommended 1000%

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make your stay excellent. He waited for us with dough, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc. This shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always responded immediately to any questions or requests we made. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the shower outside was perfect to bathe comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and the access with suitcases on an uneven slab road was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood and not Ludovica. Thank you very much for everything!!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Excellent Airbnb, fully equipped and very well located, Francesco is a pleasant and communicative person, I highly recommend it.

Alberto was amazing. He was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations in the area. The apartment is in a great location, a few steps from a parking lot if you drove and very short walk to old town with all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again

Small, clean and well arranged apartment. Nice little cotton. In the historic center and in front of a busy restaurant. Sassari is a pretty city where life begins around 9 p.m.: lots of people in the squares in the cool and in the bars with music.

More than being welcomed in a vacation home, you are welcomed into a family, with kindness and care of the past. The accommodation is easy to reach, clean and with extra services, breakfast and free parking, what can I say... w simone

Sergio is by far THE BEST host we've ever had the pleasure of having! We are well travelled Brits, and he literally was so thorough and accommodating with everything, nothing was ever any trouble! He gave very good tips to ensure we had the best stay in his apartment. He saved us money regarding airport transfers as we would have gotten a taxi but he reccomended the train with instructions, which was very straightforward. His apartment is cute and quirky and you can see he's put alot of time and effort into it. He allowed us to store our luggage so we could go to the beach for the day of our departure too. Very quick to respond and is the perfect location for sightseeing and getting to the beach om transport with ease. First class service, if only we stayed a little longer, thanks for everything Sergio it was a pleasure.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Well Stefano is certainly a No 1 host. From booking to arrival and throughout our stay he kept in touch and was VERY helpful…… His place is perfect in every way and every detail taken care of. Giancarlo and Emilio succeed in their ambition to make you feel welcome and part of the family in their bed and breakfast! The house is designed with a lot of eye for detail. Everywhere you look there’s something new to discover. The apartment is private located in a beautiful garden full of flowers and with a fantastic view. Giancarlo is also a fantastic cook. The breakfast was different every morning and we were eager to wake up to see his presentation. We also had dinner and it was a true culinary experience. Our two dogs were also very welcome! We missed them and their dreamhouse from the moment we left. One of our best Air bnb experiences!

Our stay at Fabrizio & Jessica’s place is just fabulous!! They are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome. Fabrizio even organized a boat rental for us and gave lots of awesome local recommendations. The apartment is sparkling clean and delicious breakfast is served every morning. You can’t do anything wrong with staying here 🙏🏼 highly recommend!

This apartment is one of the best we booked in Sardinia. Giorgio is a really good host, nice person. He suggested us places to visit nearby, which we loved. Also, he provides mats to lay down at beach. Not to mention the delicious breakfast we had at his kitchen. Absolutely loved our stay here. Would recommend everyone to book here, if you are visiting north Sardinia (La Pelosa, Alghero, Porto Torres etc.)

The best accommodation in the world! Sandra is the best host – incredibly helpful and gave us lots of useful tips. The breakfasts are like something from the finest breakfast spots, with something different every day, made from local products – simply amazing! The rooms were very clean, and the whole place is exceptionally well organized. The property is very spacious, with plenty of areas to relax. We felt completely at home. If we ever come back to Sardinia, we will definitely return here.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Franco and Francesco are truly amazing hosts! They not only provide helpful tips but are always available for any questions. Every morning, they serve a different, authentically Italian, and incredibly delicious breakfast! The accommodation is beautifully located in the mountains of Sardinia, yet it’s only 15–30 minutes to reach nearby towns and beaches. It was amazing! The surroundings were spectacular. Alice and her team were very positive and welcoming. One of the most unique places we have ever stayed in-exceeded our expectations.And the Palua-beautiful seaside city was just 10-15 minutes away by car.
