Holiday rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours dans la maison de Alberto. Le parc est magnifique et la maison très confortable et bien équipé. Alberto est charmant et toujours attentif pour que notre séjours se déroule bien. La maison est proche de Bologne et autour de la maison il y a des balades à pieds magnifique.

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Soggiorno meraviglioso! La host, Elisa è stata fantastica…. Ci ha spiegato e mandato tutto per tempo in modo da arrivare tranquilli, la casa è stata un sogno e ci ha pure fatto trovare una piccola colazione. La casa splendida, meglio anche che nelle foto. Tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. Inoltre, un plus della casa è stata la cucina super fornita. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Inoltre, è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, con supermercati e bar vicini. Un soggiorno da rifare assolutamente

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Giulia e la sua mamma sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolto fin dal primo momento con cordialità ed estrema disponibilità presentandoci un alloggio spazioso, pulito e comodo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Hanno accolto con amore anche la nostra cagnolona che ci accompagna sempre, e questa cosa è apprezzabilissima in quanto purtroppo non tutti gli host sono disponibili a fare. Esperienza più che positiva per cui il nostro ritorno da loro è scontato.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, Guido est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif, très accueillant, l appartement était impeccable, spacieux, nous étions 6, c était parfait. Nos hôtes avaient rempli le frigo et les placards afin que nous puissions nous confectionner de superbes petit-déjeuner, tout était parfait. La localisation à 30mn à pied du centre, près des transports en commun était un plus très apprécié, nous avons tout fait à pied. Un très beau séjour dans un ville magnifique. Appartamento facilmente raggiungibile in macchina dalla fiera. Contesto condominiale nuovo e ordinato. La casa è provvista di ogni comfort e molto molto pulita. Host super reattivo e disponibile, grazie Giorgio.

Super Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Bologna. Perfekt ist die Busanbindung in die Innenstadt (Linie 25) gepaart mit dem kostenlosen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Gegenüber gibt es ein nettes Frühstückslokal. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und ist für die warme Temperaturen auch mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

This was a lovely spot! It's a great bnb and I would totally recommend to others. The location was perfect for center city activities, and even a walk out to the San Luca church. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

L'appartement est très spacieux et propre. Très bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter du coin terrasse dans le jardin ce qui était très agréable. Ce logement est bien situé dans Bologna, tout le centre ville est accessible à pied. Giorgio est un hôte très accueillant et agréable. Une remarque cependant : nous nous attendions, pour ce prix, pouvoir disposer d'une cafetière électrique, ce qui n'était pas le cas.

We only stayed for two days, but we loved this place! The apartment is beautiful and you can tell the host puts in a lot of effort into it. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

Was für ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Laura! Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche und freundliche ältere Dame, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Das Schlafzimmer in ihrer Wohnung war gemütlich, und obwohl das Badezimmer geteilt wurde, war es immer makellos sauber. Die Aussicht von ihrem auf einem Hügel gelegenen Haus ist einfach atemberaubend – wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen! Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Laura verwöhnte uns jeden Morgen mit köstlichen, hausgemachten Marmeladen und frischem Kaffee. So startet man perfekt in den Tag! Auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft war super praktisch. Wir können Lauras Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Piero was most welcoming and his place is comfortable, clean and very centrally located. Piero was very helpful when we needed it but gave us plenty of space too. The breakfasts were perfect for our needs. Thank you Piero, it was great to meet you!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der ruhigen Unterkunft mit Garten. Das kleine Frühstück ist prima! Christina und ihre Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Von Bologna und Modena aus ist man schnell mit Zug und Bus vor Ort. Wir empfehlen einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt dort und bedanken uns sehr 🙂

Casa bellissima e pulitissima. Camera da letto, soggiorno, bagno. Tutto. Host super gentile e ospitale, ci ha anche mandato tanti consigli di cose da guardare nei dintorni.

Guilia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus viel unternehmen (Essen, Trinken, Kultur) und in ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Altstadt von Bologna. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es ruhig zum Schlafen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sind Ohropax empfehlenswert.

Host super gentile e disponibile, appartamento perfetto e pulitissimo con a disposizione bottiglie d’acqua e succhi di frutta per gli ospiti (cosa che non succede spesso). Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Bologna tornerò da loro!

レビューに朝食が良かったと記載がありました。その通りでした。 食べ切れないほどの朝食が並べられていて、その中から自分で食べたものを選べる感じです。冷蔵庫の中も清潔で整理されていてとても良かったです。部屋も広々してとても綺麗です。 スタッフがいなくてもきれいにしている。施設は埋まる人もきれいに使うのでとても良かったです。 1つ欠点を言うならば1階と部屋の鍵の開け方にが少し大変です。　 私の中では最高特典の施設だと思います。 ありがとうございました。
