We had such a great stay at Paola's apartment. It's beautiful and in a great location in the old town. Everywhere is super walkable and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Paola was super responsive and really helpful. She allowed us to check in after midnight and also booked us a taxi for our early flight home! Would highly recommend 😍

Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so that we could arrive without worries, the house was a dream and he even provided us with a small breakfast. The house is splendid, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. In addition, it is very convenient to reach the center, with supermarkets and bars nearby. A stay to be repeated absolutely

We ended up in an oasis of peace. A conscious choice we made. Small but nice, equipped with all the basic amenities. As a base for visits to Florence (from the village by train) and Bologna this was perfect. The beautiful sunsets remain forever etched on our retinas.

This place was PERFECT! Right in the heart of Bologna. Everything was walkable and there are so many things nearby. Even a great coffee shop right below the apartment. Fiorella’s recommendations were amazing! The restaurants she recommended could not have been better! We enjoyed her place so much and was great to have a place to relax. Would highly recommmend staying here. Also, checking in and out was super flexible. Fiorella was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had!

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

A fantastic stay with breathtaking views that will never bore. From this location, you have the opportunity to visit many sights (Bologna, Modena, tastings, hikes, etc.), and then really come 'home' again. Thank you for sharing this magical place and the enormous hospitality Paul and Ruth.

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

We had the best weekend in Bologna! We were 3 friends and the location of the apartment was perfect for our plans. In the center of the city and you can walk everywhere. Super nice decor and very clean. When you open the large windows in the morning, you can feel the pulse of the city. The check-in and communication with Stefania was also very fast and uncomplicated. If we go to Bologna again, definitely in the same apartment.

Luca’s place was perfect for our first time visiting Bologna. Great location, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay!

This location is ideal because it is just steps away from shopping and restaurants, but once you enter the building it all falls away and you have privacy and air conditioned peace. It’s is just over a mile walk to the train station where we took day trips to Venice and Florence.

I absolutely loved this apartment! I stayed for a week while working remotely and exploring the city, and it couldn’t have been a better base. The internet was super fast and completely reliable, perfect for digital nomads like me. The natural light and large windows made the space feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were especially comfortable and convenient. I was visiting during a very hot summer, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, just steps away from all the main tourist spots. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, and I loved strolling under the beautiful Bologna porticos. Federico was beyond kind and thoughtful. He also shared a list of local food recommendations, and every single place I tried was a 10/10. You can tell he really cares about helping his guests have the best experience in Bologna. We felt extremely comfortable in Matteos accommodation. It is located in a picturesque setting that offers a lot of peace and relaxation. The rooms are designed with great attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. Overall, a stay with Matteo is highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

This stylish well outfitted apartment was a hidden gem. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, it had all you could want for a great stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with thoughtful inclusions such as pantry items, and hair and body products for use during our stay. It was in walking distance to many of Bologna’s eateries and attractions. Francesca was an excellent host, she was very responsive and provided us with an extensive list of local recommendations which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend! Thanks Francesca.

What a fabulous accommodation!! Its location was perfect for us, right next to Maggiore Square but in its own little alley. The beds and pillows were comfy in the spacious rooms. Wine was left for us and a fridge full of breakfast goodies and snacks! We were so impressed that such care for food items was made available, so generous. The two terraces were lovely and we enjoyed the early mornings and the early evenings relaxing there. We wished we had stayed longer!!

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

WOW! Book it now. We literally waited the entire stay to write this review, and since there are millions of reasons to book this place we will focus on the highest- first Andrea is a true superhost. What a lovely person, caring, attentive and very proactive. The house is the most unique place we’ve been to, and you will fall into the 60s-70s vibes of it right away. It’s enchanting! Every room in this house is decorated to perfection, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great place to view the sunset. Other than that’s it a great place for families (great variety of sleeping options for the young ones) with lots to do around. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

Roberta’s place is a true gem - one of those rare Airbnbs that instantly feels like home and makes it hard to leave. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, the apartment is about an 18-minute walk from the train station and 30–35 minutes from the city centre. There’s also a bus stop just across the street (though keep in mind that Bologna’s buses can be a bit unpredictable). Every room, including the kitchen, has air conditioning - a huge plus in the summer. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher and washing machine to sewing kits and spare batteries. There's also a lovely little balcony - perfect for a quiet breakfast, a coffee break, or a glass of wine in the evening. I 100% recommend staying here and truly hope to come back someday.

The accommodation is wonderful, perfectly located for activities and Sergio is a very friendly and helpful host. The recommendations for the area were excellent and the apartment is clean and very authentic and beautiful! We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

This is not my first time as a guest of Roberta and I always feel good and I confirm everything I have said in previous stays. Hospitality, availability at any time, very clean and super equipped accommodation with everything, including air conditioning.

We stayed a week at Jonathan's place and absolutely loved it! The unit was cozy and extremely clean with everything you'd need to make yourself at home. The AC was also great to have in a heatwave. The neighbourhood is lovely as well; close enough to walk everywhere with plenty of great restaurants and cafes right next to you. Much like the rest of the city center, the apartment is also under a covered archway, making it easy to hide from the rain or scorching sun. There are also many bus stations within a few minutes walk that can get you to Bologna Centrale within 20 mins. Jonathan himself was very friendly, responsive, and quick to help with anything as he and his family live very close by. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a slice of local Italian life.

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming studio apartment in Budio and I can only highly recommend it.
