Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Metropolitan City of Bologna

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is dirt, but easy to walk and is well worth the peace of mind. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the covered patio with curtains that shelter from the sun and wind, perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is close if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature!

The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes from the main station, and about 15 minutes on foot from the city center. Very pleasant space, clean, well-equipped, quiet neighborhood at night. Great host. Warm recommendation.

I was satisfied with Giuseppe's house. Excellent cleanliness, easy to get to and in a strategic position to get to the center ( even on foot). Giuseppe's availability is excellent.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Ilaria’s place was comfortable and clean, Ilaria was very nice and accommodated all our needs. Highly recommended!

Claudia was an extremely sweet and helpful host who always made sure that my friend and I had any information we needed and had all the assistance we needed. The apartment was pristine and extremely well stocked. Beautiful views and an absolutely beautiful apartment with one of the nicest Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had helped contribute to a fantastic trip. The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house is beautifully situated near Lago Suviana. Large, peaceful garden with a bbq. The area is perfect for people who enjoy nature and culture. Firenze and Bologna are easy to visit. Veronica is very friendly, a perfect host!

Alberto was very welcoming, and it is a nice apartment above his house. Good amenities, and beautiful property. It’s best to have a car as the location is quite rural and industrial.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

We stayed for a weekend in this structure... the house is really cozy and inside nothing is missing... the house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with every comfort... the structure is in an area of complete tranquility and relaxation, but you can reach the highway in a short time... I recommend this place to visit cities like Bologna and Florence... in less than an hour you can arrive in both cities... the host, Marco, is a really helpful person... really recommended... how to feel at home... thank you very much

I've been to Luca's six times, now it's a safety in my stays in Bologna. Very clean, well equipped house with convenient parking with garage inside the building. Very quiet and with a nice outdoor terrace for summer dinners. Highly recommended for business trips or pleasure. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability

I had wonderful stay during my visit at Bologna. Lisa and Max are super helpful. I felt so touch when they offer their car since lot's of rain during our visit at Bologna. they are definetly super host. the apartment are much more beautiful than the pictures itself. the apartment is wonderfully cleaned, everything you need is there. Sally was very responsive and her place was great being located in a residential area of Modena. It was the perfect hub for our Emilia Romagna trip and would absolutely stay there again in the future.

The apartment perfectly matches the photos. In the heart of the historic center, close to the bar/restaurant district. Parking in the nearby main streets is possible and inexpensive. Comfortable hosting Small but functional kitchen with the bare essentials A fairly large bathroom, with improvements to come announced by the owner. The bedroom area is also comfortable with a large TV. Antonella is very pleasant and was able to respond perfectly to our needs. I highly recommend it for a short stay, professional or personal.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.
