Holiday rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Bologna

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so that we could arrive without worries, the house was a dream and he even provided us with a small breakfast. The house is splendid, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Very short but very pleasant stay. The welcome was punctual and friendly, the location is very convenient to visit Bologna and its surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Truly enchanting

We arrived late at night, they welcomed us very well, very kind, always available. The studio was perfect for us, with a very small bomb and a dog, we had all the necessary spaces. The wonderful garden that surrounds the house, ideal for the dog, the studio well furnished and very very clean! If we go back to Bologna, we will definitely come back here!

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Giulia and her mom are two wonderful people. They welcomed us from the first moment with cordiality and extreme availability, presenting us with a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation in every way. They also welcomed our dog with love, who always accompanies us, and this is very appreciated as unfortunately not all hosts are available to do. More than positive experience so our return from them is taken for granted.

We really enjoyed this place, Guido is a very friendly host, very responsive, very welcoming, the apartment was spotless, spacious, there were 6 of us, it was perfect. Our hosts had filled the fridge and cabinets so we could make great breakfast, everything was perfect. The location 30mn walk from the center, close to public transport was a much appreciated plus, we did everything on foot. A very nice stay in a beautiful city. Apartment easily accessible by car from the fair. New and orderly condominium context. The house is equipped with every comfort and very, very clean. Super responsive and helpful host, thanks Giorgio.

Had a really great stay! Place was spotless, nice place to come to after a long travel day. A little bit of a drive to the city square, but there is a bus that is easy to grab. Would stay again!

This was a lovely spot! It's a great bnb and I would totally recommend to others. The location was perfect for center city activities, and even a walk out to the San Luca church. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

We had a wonderful time in the quiet accommodation with garden. The small breakfast is great! Christina and her daughter were very friendly and helpful! From Bologna and Modena, you can quickly reach the location by train and bus. We recommend an exceptional stay there and thank you very much 🙂

Beautiful and very clean house. Bedroom, living room, bathroom. Everything. Super friendly and hospitable host, he also sent us lots of tips on things to see in the area.

Staying at Guilia's gorgeous apartment was one of the best decisions of my trip, Apart from the fact that the apartment (and Guilia!) are stunning, it's in the perfect location for exploring Bologna on foot. I walked to the train station with my suitcase and other bags. It's not far. Around the corner from Guilia's apartment is a vibrant street with many bars frequented by lots of 30 something locals. I had the most amazing wine and vegetarian lasagne surrounded by the joyful sounds of people laughing and chatting. The old town isn't far away and even though there are road works at the moment it's well managed and easy to get around. Guilia's apartment is big and light. The bedroom has its own personal bathroom with a fantastic shower and the room is equipped with hangers, a dressing table, huge comfy bed and fresh towels. It was perfect! Guilia is a wonderful artist and works from her home studio. She is warm, friendly and super helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Super friendly and helpful host, perfect and clean apartment with bottles of water and juices available for guests (which doesn't happen often). If I ever return to Bologna, I will definitely stay with them again!
