Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Franca and Mario met us upon our arrival. They were flexible enough to allow us early check in. Moreover, they made it a point to recommend to us places to visit and places for food. The Abnb is just across the Bologna Station yet there is no noice due to the station‘s design. Last but not least, there is nothing ‘Tiny’ about the Abnb as it’s spacious and full of amenities.

A really nice and well-maintained apartment. The location is great: very central and at the same time very quiet, as the apartment is in a backyard. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are all in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Soraya was very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would choose the apartment again at any time.

Total pros! Mattia is a flexible, responsive and caring host. The studio is quiet, clean and economical (with plenty of cabinets to put away your things). We were able to wash/dry our clothes downstairs with their machines and detergent. We prepared meals at the apartment too. Loved Modena, in part because of our lodging!

Very nice, cozy and comfortable accommodation, it enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Bologna, quiet, clean, ideal solution for every need.

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. Easy check in, easy check out was very comfortable, the house was clean, the space of the house was large enough, there was all kinds of equipment to meet your needs, and the location was great. Right in the center of Bologna. I have one or two small suggestions; you could put mosquito nets on the windows. The buildings are old, in case of insects or flies. Also, more toilet paper can be left, I ran out of toilet paper before the last day and I couldn't find it anywhere else in the house. In general, I recommend it, the landlord was easy to communicate and we could reach whenever we needed it.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very comfortable furnishings including a comfy bed and good a/c as well. Very nice quiet apartment right in the midst of a fun, busy area. Definitely recommend!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

it is the second time they have stayed at Federica's and everything has always been comfortable, clean and without major problems. Federica is always available and ready to give tips on the surroundings too. We stayed with you to work at the fair, the distance is about 15 minutes by car and convenient to reach. It is far from the confusion in the middle of nature and after hard days it is a pleasure to return.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all home made! What can I say... I highly recommend this accommodation!

Mario, Susanna, and Emanuele were fabulous hosts! They were responsive and helpful. They kindly met us outside of the building and showed us around the property. Knowing we had young children they so thoughtfully left us ice cream treats in the freezer! There was also a lovely assortment of items in the fridge and a nice fruit tray on the table, which we really appreciated after a day of travel. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice screened in balcony which we used to quickly dry our laundry. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the main road with grocery stores within walking distance. Our kids also enjoyed the playground and grassy area to play soccer (Emanuele even offered to bring us one of his soccer balls if we needed). It’s only a 25 minute walk from the historic center of Bologna and 20 minutes walk from the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very friendly host with flexible check out when possible. Filippo even provided a few cold drinks in the refrigerator as well as snacks in the kitchen, which were greatly appreciated after a long and hot journey to arrive!

Great appartment and a great location

A nice apartment, small but equipped with every comfort, tastefully furnished. Very comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness, enough equipment and more, many and various utensils. I recommend it because close to the station and the center.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It is steps away from the train station which was perfect for our family since we did a lot of day trips from Bologna. The host was so helpful, responsive, and a great communicator! Highly recommend!
