Monthly Rentals in Mendota Heights

Maura is a fantastic host! She’s very responsive and flexible. We were in town for a concert at xcel energy center and it was only about a 10 min drive to the venue so the location is wonderful! The home was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

As always Lisa’s place was just what we needed . Every time we stay at her places they never disappoint. The area is very quiet, great for dog walks and plenty of food choices . We highly recommend her places .

I had a great week staying here! I was working in downtown Minneapolis, and this was an easy 20 minute drive away. Totally worth it if you enjoy serenity and quiet. It’s definitely a “no frills” kind of vibe…but it’s super cozy and functional, nestled in the beautiful woods of Mendota…with hiking and biking trails within walking distance. And it feels a bit like a fun step back in time with all the VHS’s, DVDs, and CDs on display. The appliances are updated and very nice. The beds are very comfy, and the kitchen is WELL stocked. On top of all this, the hosts were VERY kind…checking in with me throughout the week to make sure I had everything I needed. I was told they would be doing some construction/renovation soon. So I imagine it will eventually become an even more valuable hidden gem than it already is!

The stay was in a greation location -- city centers for both Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as Mall of America were all 15 minutes or less. Easy street parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check-in/out process was simple and very easy. Inside was decorated nicely, and amenities were as described. Eileen and Steve communicated very well with us and were quick to respond / resolve any issues or questions we encountered.
