Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mendota Heights

Nancy and Rick's place is tremendous! Very comfortable, well appointed, great amenities and the location was awesome. The place is spacious and cozy; bed was extremely comfortable. We love Minneapolis and will return here again. We loved walking/biking around the area (so easy!) with many restaurants and parks to visit. We've been to many, many AirBnbs; this is one of the best. We didn't see Rick but had a great chat with Nancy.

Such a cute place with so much charm! It had everything we needed and was such a good location close to many restaurants, shops and a great park down the road. We hope to come back to visit!

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay and worth 5 stars, but the following points could be improved. It says that there is a washing machine (for a fee), but there is no information about its location on the page or in the room, so it was very difficult to find. 　(In the end, the washing machine was in the basement, and there was a staircase leading from the kitchen to the basement, but it was difficult to know whether it could be used or not) Shampoo and body wash were provided, but the conditioner was not replenished. The water flow in the washroom was too fine, making it difficult to use.

Debbie and her parents were very attentive and nice! The house was beautiful and easy to get into. In a great location, short drive to everywhere.

Great location, comfy bed, interesting building, great view. Felt safe and was quiet. Note that there is not currently a walkable grocery store but you can get the train to one or use ride share.

Roger and Vicki were responsive, friendly hosts. They were eager to ensure that we had everything we needed and flexible in working with us for check-in and check-out. We even received some homemade baked goods, a delightful bonus 😊 The unit was comfy and well-appointed. We loved the ability to allocate our rental donation at the Shelter with a Cause. As an added plus, we got to shelter in the basement with the hosts and some of their family members when the tornado sirens sounded just minutes after our arrival! We appreciated being taken care of so well 😊

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

Rebecca’s air bnb is a real treasure. Clean, well decorated, she thought of little touches that made things easier like hooks right next to the shower light that goes on automatically when you walk into the kitchen/laundry area. Its location can’t be beat, close to shopping , Cecil’s, my favor deli and for me close to family I came to see. Rebekah is a wonderful person and I am so glad that I got to stay in her comfortable, well appointed place.

We’ve stayed in a number of Airbnbs in Minneapolis/St Paul, and Daniel’s definitely stands out. The apartment is sunny and spacious, with a big and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is lovely, and taking a bath at the end of a long day was fantastic! Daniel was responsive and very easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thanks, Daniel!

Great little house! Bed was comfortable and the house was plenty of space for our long weekend. Mark was attentive and helpful. One note for families is the second bedroom opens onto a back porch with a hot tub. While the locks were sufficient for our 2yr old it is something to keep in mind of you are traveling with children. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was exactly how it was described and close to everything. I will definitely book again if I’m in the area again.

Nate's home had lovely bed linens and ample good towels. There was lots of space in the closet, dresser drawers, and refrigerator, which I appreciated. There was a handheld shower, which I prize. There were two big TV's with high-end Direct TV service. The bed was super comfortable, a king bed with adjustable head and foot. I had a few minor issues when I first arrived. I contacted Nate and he very quickly resolved them both. His neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

This house and the neighborhood were breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We walked to the Science Museum and restaurants nearby and there's a close park and river to enjoy. My family and I had quite a relaxing time and didn’t want to leave. I've already recommended this house to loved ones. Thank you both for everything, even the welcome cookies. Highly recommended!

Great home in the middle of everything St. Paul. Cozy and modern, simple but sufficient. Great communication from host. Would stay again!

Great little house to stay in for a few days! Basement bathroom could have been a little nicer. But everything else was perfect. Would stay here again if I make it back to Minnesota!

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We had a lovely stay in this classic Minneapolis apartment so near the lake in a very cool neighborhood! Great places nearby and I recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

There was one issue with the tub and bath sink drain. They had someone out the next morning. Very responsive. The communication was also very good, again very responsive with any questions I had.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked and great location

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.
