House holiday rentals in Melbourne Beach

The place was as nice as the pictures showed. Pool and hot-tub were clean and very nice. Great lighting in the house and the furniture was solid and nice. The bar table behind the couch was fantastic (with the USB's). The decor was pleasant and well thought-out. Lots of closet space and plenty of fresh linen, throw blankets, etc. The library was cozy and outside grill and ping-pong table were great. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely laid out with plenty of dishes and even containers for leftovers (very nice.) The beach items were super useful. The beach was so close! The walk to the beach was incredibly short (literally across the street) and beach was not crowded while we were there. Overall, it was a very positive stay and would have no issues returning.

Me and my two daughters stayed at Linh's place for 5 nights/6 days for a quick beach getaway. The house was beautiful with all the amenities described. The location was private but with easy access to all the beaches and local restaurants. Within 1 hour 30 minutes to the Disney Parks and Orlando center. The pool was perfect! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling as a group or large family. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

It felt like being at home; I'm very particular about cleanliness, and I was impressed by how spotless the entire house was. You'll find everything you need for a wonderful family stay. Ekaterina is communicative and a fantastic host, she responds quickly, is very understanding, and even left us a bottle of wine as a gift, which we greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Hibiscus house! We stayed with our young children when we were in town visiting family. The house was walking distance to a beautiful beach that was quiet and almost private. My only complaint was that we originally had planned to put our children in the room with the two single beds but that room is close to the exit door and I didn’t feel safe with my kids sleeping there. But we were able to rearrange and have them sleep in another room. The kids loved it!

I had a wonderful stay at this cute and well-equipped Airbnb! The hosts thought of everything with nice little extras like sunscreen and shampoo as well as beach accessories. The landscape is beautiful, making you feel like you're in your own botanical garden. The front yard has a fantastic dining and grill area under the shaded pergola, ideal for outdoor meals. I particularly loved the swivel Adirondack chairs by the front door; a great place to sit with a book or a cup of coffee. The backyard is wonderful, featuring a hot tub and a beautifully lit pergola - a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s close to everything, including the beach, which was very convenient. This place is great for everyone: solo travelers, couples, girls' trips, and families. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Our family had an amazing time at Shannon's place. The house and yard are great and lots to do for the kids and adults. The location is private and not too far from everything that you would need. I would highly recommend staying here as Shannon was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and flexible as well.

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. This was our second time staying at his beach house. It is in a perfect location, not many people on the beach which makes it so much more enjoyable and just a few steps from the patio to the sand which we absolutely love. The house has everything we needed. Nari is a great host who responds quickly and is very kind. The beds are comfortable and the lay out is nice. It was great waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean each morning. Thanks for a great stay Nari! We will be back!

First, absolutely everything that you would hope for was perfect, from the cleanliness to how this home was beautifully decorated to every amenity you could imagine and more. This home is described perfectly in the pictures but they really don’t do it justice. The attention to detail was amazing as were the extras that you don’t expect. There was a nice gift basket with snacks and a bottle of prosecco welcoming us into the house. The backyard with the pool and gazebo was great. We spent a lot of time out there. And there was a putting green complete with putters and golf balls, a ping pong table, corn hole, a brand new grill and more. I could go on but I’ll run out of space. Finally, the host, aside from providing this beautiful home, was super responsive to every text. Even before we got there. This is what a “SuperHost” is - in every way. Needless to say, if we are ever near Sebastian, this is where we will want to be.

Had a great time celebrating our daughter turning 1 at this house. Pictures matched up perfectly and Lauren was great to deal with from start to finish. The house matched up 100% to the pictures posted and the beach was so close! 10/10 best Airbnb I ever stayed in! Easily fit 4 families and the master bedroom is amazing! The private pool was also super nice as well it wasn’t cold at all! Lastly I will say that if I could live in that house full time I would in a heartbeat!
