Amazing location for our family if 6 to enjoy the beautiful beach!!! Can’t wait to stay here again

We enjoyed the home and loved the area. Very short walk across the street with easy access to the beach. Great location, close to everything-grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. We definitely will book again.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Really enjoyed our stay! Backyard really was an oasis. Had a lot of fun playing pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and they had everything we needed and things we didn't think of (e.g. skewers for making s'mores in the fire pit, beach chairs) Appreciated the responsiveness in communication and from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

We are rested and relaxed, thanks to our short stay at this house. We only left the house to visit the grocery store, which is a short and beautiful drive across the bridge. We didn’t even feel terrible about not having a beach day. Would highly recommend.

Great stay. We’ve been staying in camp grounds previous years but opted for the comfort of a furnished place without all the step up. Location is great. The whole area took a beating with the hurricane season so will give the exterior a break for that. Was initially giving the wrong code (to a different unit), but was able to resolve quickly.

From the moment we booked, communication with Zeena was seamless, prompt, and incredibly helpful—she truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and prepared for our stay. The home itself was nothing short of spectacular. It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-curated, making the space not just a place to stay, but a place to truly enjoy and relax. The location? Absolutely perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. One of the standout features was the home guide Zeena provided. It was thorough, informative, and incredibly useful—not only covering the ins and outs of the home but also offering great recommendations and tips for making the most of our time in the area.

This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

Stay at Jen's place you won't be disappointed. Its very close to the beach access. The apartment is cozy and perfect for a couple. AAA+++ Bonus.. If you stay on the weekend you will likely see the cruise ships heading out, cruising is our passion so it was amazing seeing the many ships head out to sea.

Ik heb dit verblijf gekozen omdat het huis mooi aan het water gelegen was. We hebben geen dolfijnen gezien maar wel heel veel pelikanen. Het huis vond ik heel mooi, met een tuin vol exotische planten en een pier, gelegen in een rustige buurt. De host geeft hele duidelijke instructies. Het was een prima verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

This place was fantastic. Darlene was a very responsive, friendly and accommodating host. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is there, lots to do nearby including great dining options. I could sit out and watch that sunset view every night. Looking forward to making it back there some day.

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

Beautiful and unique space close to everything. Loved being able to ride my bike everywhere. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Screened porch was amazing for taking in afternoon thunderstorms.

Wonderful! Even better than when I stayed there a few years ago with a little remodel since then. Easy walk to restaurants and great ice cream. Can watch rocket launches from the back windows or from the park behind the building. Just a really cool and interesting space in a great location and a great host. Clean, easy, great directions, etc., etc., etc!

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

Wir hatten einige schöne Tage Bei Julian, der sogar in der gleichen zeit als wir persönlich vor Ort war. Die Wohnung war klasse, vor allem die Lage im Obergeschoss war angenehm, da wir eine schöne Aussicht auf den Banana River hatten. Der Pool wurde natürlich auch intensiv genutzt, sowie die Kayaks für einen Trip raus auf dem Banana River. Delfinsichtung inklusive! Auch der Strand war klasse, man hat gefühlt einen Kilometer nur für sich und musste nur etwa 2-3 Minuten laufen. Parkplatz war direkt am Haus. Alles was man braucht war da. Vielen dank!

This was a really nice place within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and things to do. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues. There is a biscuit place on the first floor that I tried out and found overpriced/did not really enjoy. Just an FYI for future travelers. Everything else was great.

Loved the place, very cute and beachy! It was easy to get inside and Sarah was communicative about check in details. The walk to the beach was just two blocks and all the restaurants/shops/stores were within a 10 minute drive - she even had them listed in the welcome binder! LOVED the arcade game set on the wall! Absolutely recommend this stay!! :)
