Monthly Rentals in Medellin Metropolitan Area

It is a cozy room. The shower is spacious with a great temperature range and excellent water pressure. Jose is very friendly and helpful and the place is clean with no insect/ pest issues. The wifi is excellent. The refrigerator, microwave, TV and washing machine outside all work well. It is about a 15 minute walk in one direction to the Floresta Metro, and a 15 minute walk in another direction to the heart of the Laureles restaurant zone. It is in a quieter part of town, however the rooms are not well soundproofed and you can hear noises coming from inside the other apartments. This is not Jose's fault though, as it is a design flaw of the building. It can also get hot, but there are two fans (which both work very well) and the windows can be opened. The mattress is okay, but it is starting to get to the point where it should be replaced. Overall, I recommend this place.

Wonderful place. I stayed here for a month and a half during my stay in Medellin and miss it already. Fantastic location, stylish ( (and fully stocked) apartment, and Johana is a joy of a host. Highly recommend.
