Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Medellin Metropolitan Area

The apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, they delivered it well cleaned and with the necessary implements. It is located in the upper part of the Loma de San José so if they go by car take into account that the engine must be on the 100 as we saw several cars that skated more with rain.

I loved the location of the apartment. There was a nice breeze once the window was opened. It was easy to walk around and felt safe at all times. Not anyone can come in to the building, you need a key to come in and out of the main entrance. I was on the 3rd floor not too bad of a hike but if you aren't in good conditions it can be a bit challenging since there's no hand rail. I disliked the fact that if you were in the Livingroom/dinning room you can hear the conversations of other guests in other apartments on the same floor but thankfully not in the rooms. The bathroom was a small but manageable. I spend little time in the apartments as I like to go and enjoy sight seeing. The apartment is located near La 70 which is a good spot. Nedys was the point of contact and she was great which communicating and assisting! I would most likely come back!

The place is wonderful, very quiet, safe, with incredible views, super clean, very well equipped kitchen, impeccable rooms and bathroom, the bedding and clean and comfortable pillows, there are fruit trees, it has a very nice tree house, the climate is very cool, the host is too kind and attentive to everything you need, the place is highly recommended if you like nature and tranquility

I really enjoyed staying at Mauricio's place. He speaks fluent English, is a nice guy, gave me lots of help and advice. It may not be a modern home, but it's spacious, clean, secure and has some cool communal areas like his back yard bar and chill out area. I really enjoyed his neighbourhood as it has everything you need, yet it is not too busy. Nearby there is the Pueblito Paisa and an amazing sports park, lots of friendly cafes and restaurants, Unicentro mall, and it felt very safe. Laureles is only a short walk away. I would definitely book this place again.

I spent 3 weeks at Carlos' place and felt like home every day of it. He's a very knowledgable, accommodating, helpful and generally a pleasant person. It is always fast and easy to communicate with him. The house, as the whole complex, is well-maintained, safe, spotless and pest free. Furniture inside is new and comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful artwork around the house make the place cozy and warm. There is no shortage of malls, restaurants, cafes or supermarkets within walking distance.

It is a very nice house in a perfect location to be quiet, it is exactly like the pictures! Also the beds are super comfortable, everything clean and perfect, I would definitely rent it again worth it 100%. Felipe was very attentive at all times, clear instructions to get to the house, the security man at the entrance was also very kind at all times. I recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and have a good time with your family or friends.
