Monthly Rentals in McLendon-Chisholm

Love staying at Jennifer’s place. Like the space, the proximity, the neighbors on either side, and when there was an issue Jennifer was immediately on top of it.

Great clean place, really appreciated having access to a washer/dryer during the stay as well as a kitchenette with a full fridge so we could cut down on meals we ate out. The place was a bit hard to find at night (our flight was delayed and we got in much later than expected, though we were able to check in eventually). Google maps isn't especially great at finding the location. Overall the place was very private, clean, comfortable and great for a short or longer stay. (Will say that if you're over 6ft the shower is a bit low). Would definitely come back again

Nice place to stay or you want to be out of Dallas for a good price. Walmart and all restaurants are near (around 10 min drive)

We stayed at this property for the better part of a year, while our house was under renovation. Brandon was very kind. He allowed us to extend several times. The back yard was a great for our children to play. The neighbors are very nice. There were several things that needed to be fixed while we were then and our host took care of it right away. We would stay again!
