Monthly Rentals in Matino

Beautiful apartment with unique and cozy interior. The roof tarrace was simply amazing, with beautiful view over Matino (and a lot of privacy as it is the highest building in the neighbourhood). We felt there at home and regreted we could not stay longer. The kitchen is well equiped. The check-in was easy and you can always find parking spots on the street. The location is also good - there is a big supermarket nearby and the historical center is only a few minutes walking. We really recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment, clean, everything working perfectly. Large space very nice and comfortable; well kept, TV, internet, kitchenette complete with everything. Despite being in the center, it is very quiet. You can reach the sea in ten minutes or the beautiful villages nearby without any problems. I hope to come back as soon as possible and stay longer to enjoy the home and the really beautiful places. Host Simone is always available if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with a view of the San Giorgio square! We enjoyed our month long stay! We do a lot of cooking and were impressed with how fully equipped the kitchen was for preparing our meals. We did not a rent a car so it was nice that everything is in walking distance. The people in Matino are all so gracious and friendly. Thank you Vito and Marco for your hospitality! And a special thank you to Marta, even with the language barrier, she always greeted us with a huge smile and gave us some good recommendations. We will definitely visit again!

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in Luca's apartment. His apartment is wonderfully located, in the middle of the historic center of Matino and yet soooo beautifully quiet. The apartment is on the first floor, with a spacious private terrace... the apartment has been very carefully restored and furnished with excellent materials. Everything looks beautiful and works wonderfully. In addition, it is bright, but completely darkenable for the night, we slept wonderfully, because the mattress and bed linen are also great. I can recommend Luca's apartment 100%, I would also come back anytime. And last but not least. Luca is a squisite person, friendly, helpful and reliable. He also has a great knowledge of this wonderful region and is happy to share it.
