Stump Fields in Ooty is a magical escape nestled on top of a mountain, surrounded by endless tea plantations and breathtaking views. Waking up to misty mornings, lush greenery, and layers of mountains was deeply grounding and peaceful. The space is beautifully designed—cozy interiors, thoughtful details, and charming furniture that make you feel instantly at home. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or family, it’s a perfect retreat. The only drawbacks were the toilet being downstairs and the shower located in a separate building, which could be a bit inconvenient. But honestly, the serenity and beauty of this place far outweigh those minor things. A soul-soothing stay I won’t forget.

We absolutely loved our stay at Narayan’s place! He was a wonderful host who was always reachable and helpful! The food was amazing and the place was just as described.. the place is really quiet and calm!

Had a nice stay at the plantation. Place was clean and private, with a kitchen facility available. Do carry groceries if you plan to cook, as there’s no restaurant nearby. The caretaker was helpful and even assisted us with arranging food. Thanks!
