Situated at the heart of Fort Kochi, Our home is very near to all the tourist attractions in the area.
“We booked Antony and Rincy's Coconut Grove homestay for one night and it was very pleasant stay overall. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees and plantain trees. The room was a bit small than I had pictured after looking at photos but it was still very comfortable and neatly maintained. Towels and toiletries were laid out, water bottle was provided and we had a cupboard to store belongings. Bathroom had a good shower and very clean. Rincy offered to make us fresh lemonade as soon as we reached the home late evening. She provided us a map of Fort Kochi and explained the major attractions to visit and how to reach. The next day morning, we had the most delicious breakfast of fresh pineapple juice, pathiri (a thin rice pancake), vegetable stew and hot coffee prepared and beautifully presented by Rincy. For a homestay, the hospitality and care provided was of hotel standard. All major attractions are within 10 minute walkable distance, the beach is a 15 minute walk. As we had a night bus, we were able to store our luggage in the hall of the homestay. Rincy even offered her own home for me to freshen up before leaving for my bus since the next guests had already arrived for the other rooms. I would absolutely recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Fort Kochi.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Kochi. Mr. George has been a great host. Not only he was prompt with the email communication and queries, he also recommended good places to eat and visit. The homestay is a 500 years old mansion where Vasco de Gama lived in his later years and it has been preserved with a lot of care. We highly recommend this place.”
