Monthly Rentals in Martindale

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

We can’t put to print how wonderful our stay at John and Cynthia’s was! Our family of 5 with an 11 yr old, a 2.5 and 1.5 yr olds thoroughly enjoyed this property and the home owners through out our entire stay! We stayed roughly 5 weeks here and had an amazing time! The river was great for the toddlers to wade in and deep enough not 10 yards away to swim in. The house was immaculate and had great instructions on how to use everything! The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful with very friendly neighbors. San Marcos is only 16 min away with many restaurants and groceries. There’s a dollar general in Martindale if you need anything quick and a HEB in San Marcos for everything else. We visited Houston, San Antonio, Waco, Austin, and Port Lavaca during our stay. There are so many things to do! The hosts are incredible people and extremely helpful and just a joy to talk to. They were very flexible with check in and check out times, and made our stay exquisite! Thank you!!

This Airbnb is amazing. Great location, great hosts, and absolutely beautiful river front property. My husband, myself and our 12 year old stayed for the weekend and made the best memories. Want to make sure and mention the beds, they are sooo comfortable! We wanted to do a little river float on our own. Took our tubes to the park that's 1 mile away, paid a little fee to park and floated right back to the house. The float was around 40 minutes. My husband walked the short mile to grab the car when we got back. Perfect if you have children that can't handle the 3 hour float that's offered near by. or if you like a more peaceful private float. We will be back! You will not regret renting this airbnb.

Sissy was a great host! Constantly checking to see how are stay was. Checking to see if there was anything we needed, not many host take the time to do so. Very thankful for that! The place was very clean and exactly how shown in the pictures! Definitely would book again if in the area!
