We had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s exactly as beautiful as it looks in the pictures—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The pool was a highlight—perfectly maintained and ideal for both relaxing and fun with family or friends. The music system was a pleasant surprise—great quality sound throughout the space, adding to the overall vibe. The home is both family- and baby-friendly, with plenty of space for little ones to move around safely. At the same time, it’s equally perfect for a group of friends looking to unwind and enjoy together. The hosts were responsive and warm, making our stay seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that ticks all the boxes—comfort, fun, and style!

Tanay was extremely helpful with clear instructions to the place. He even accomodated for our chaotic schedule by allowing a late check-in and check-out. He was very responsive to our messages as well. The place is welcoming and well kept. We had a very comfortable stay.

Our stay at La Avila Villa in Siolim was absolutely perfect. The villa is beautifully designed and maintained—exactly like the pictures, if not better. Every corner was thoughtfully done, and it felt like a true home away from home. The interiors are elegant, the amenities are well provided, and everything was clean and in top condition. The location is fantastic—peaceful yet close to all the happening spots in North Goa like Anjuna, Assagao, and Morjim. Grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby, above that swiggy instamart, blinkit all were available making it super convenient. A big shoutout to Edwin, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and always just one call away. The housekeeping staff was also very good—quick, polite, and efficient in their work. Their efforts kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Whether you’re visiting with friends or family, this place is a great pick. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nicely maintained place to stay in Siolim as described in the listing and shown in the image. I stayed with my wife and parents. Nearest super market is ~2km and main market is ~5km. Nearest beach is Vagator beach which is ~9.6km from the place. We stayed here for 3D/2N, and visited beaches in North goa (Baga, Vagator, Morjim, Aswem, Arambol etc.). Kitchen items were also in good state and water purifier aqua guard was great. We parked our car (Creta) outside main security gate and was safe. Parking inside apartment is for hatchback cars and can be parked inside apartment.
