Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina Alta

Simply wonderful! Benissa's duplex exceeded all our expectations. It's even more beautiful than in the photos, everything is completely new and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, with new towels and linens. The location is ideal, with many beautiful coves a few kilometers away and in a quiet place with easy access. We stayed for 4 days and we were always able to park right in front of the duplex. Marta exceptional; made us feel at home and was always on the lookout for anything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We will definitely repeat. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful night at Angelina's place. It was everything we needed; clean, spacious, and right next to the bus station. Perfect to catch our bus in the morning. Angelina was very responsive, flexible, and friendly. She met me late after getting off of our ferry to help us check into the place. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The apartment is incredibly clean, with everything you could need and more provided. Macarena is very thoughtful, communicative, and friendly. The town itself is so charming and beautiful. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is very central in the town and has amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need, even a coffee machine and pods provided. Macarena very kindly left us some necessities so we have something to eat when we arrive. If you are considering staying in Guadalest, I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

We've had a fantastic few days. The house is just as shown in the photos. It has a very nice decoration, it was impeccable and the terrace has beautiful views. It has everything necessary to have a super comfortable stay. It is a super quiet and pleasant area. Also, the pool was in perfect condition. Anna has been available at all times, has been very kind to us and has given us very useful local recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent apartment, with beautiful and comfortable outdoor areas (pool and garden) and with very good views. The accommodation matched perfectly what was seen in the photos, it was clean, it was comfortable, it had air conditioning for the heat and the bed was very comfortable. The host, Regina, is friendly, attentive, helpful and available. Highly recommended for a few days of relaxation and disconnection

We enjoyed a warm and helpful welcome from Soledad Ana. The apartment is extremely comfortable and location is convenient to the centre of old town Javea, with restaurants and a great food market. A longer walk or short drive to beach and stunning coastal walks.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Neil's house in Jávea. The home is even more beautiful than the photos — spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Adam and Neil were fantastic hosts. The location is also ideal — quiet and private. Would come back again and recommend this place without hesitation.

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Just a lovely apartment perfectly situated in this lovely town, about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was clean with two good bedrooms, but also a good single room on top of that. Marisa was extremely friendly and pro active. I can honestly reccomend this apartment and this peaceful town as a holiday destination.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We were very comfortable in this accommodation: it is a renovated and beautiful townhouse, perfect for a group, and the owners were available at all times to give us instructions, recommendations... And answer the questions we had quickly. We would definitely do it again. Thank You

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment.
