Townhome holiday rentals in Marina Alta

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

Fantastic stay at the beautiful Casa Maya, easy check in, felt instantly at home, all clean and tidy, lovely rooms, everything you could possibly need was provided. Lovely property, beautiful views, quiet location, very close to javea arenal. Would definitely recommend and we will be back! 5**** Many thanks :-)

Very warm house, the host is very attentive and equipped with all the daily needs, there are things that may be used to go to the sea, besides the network is a little unstable, everything is very nice, the host is patient and friendly, the response is very timely, let us leave a good memory in Alicante

Mitzi's flat was gorgeous - so comfy and well equipped with everything you needed to have a great stay. We loved the balconies!

The house was more beautiful than it looked in the picture listed. House was very homey and had everything we need to cook/clean. Clare was also very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again.

A very nice place to stay that I recommend to everyone. Direct location on the beach. Shopping is right around the corner, about a 300 m walk. The beach is very clean.

Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

It's a really very nice place to stay. Great furniture and lovingly furnished. The house has 2 beautiful terraces and a pool. You can hear the traffic.

The house is as listed, amazing views right onto the beach. A lovely walk along the beach front. Mary was very helpful and responsive, giving lots of info on the area etc. The house is approx 30mins by car from Valencia City / airport, I would recommend having a car as the area can be quiet, especially in low season. Even though we had a car, we still took the bus into Valencia City on one of the days, it was approx 15mins walk to the bus and then 50mins on the bus. It was cheap and a nice journey through smaller towns, even our small children enjoyed it. There is lots to do and see in the area, again a car would make it easier to see around but there seems to be good bus links. The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We felt very safe and at home throughout our stay.

We visited this place with my wife and two small kids in February. It is a fantastic place for people who value peace, closeness to nature and beautiful views. From the very beginning the host was very helpful and communication went smoothly. The house is very spacious, well-sunlit, clean, ideal for relaxation. To get around the area well, a car is required.

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Antonio and Paqui was very helpful and responsive. Helped drive us to the airport when our Uber failed to show up. The housing was great. Clean and spacious with a nice rooftop area. Highly recommended.

Everything perfect!!! To put some sticks the pool from outside they closed it the day after going and the indoor pool area the water was cold.

Another wonderful stay at this accommodation , the house has everything you need for a long term stay. Hosts have been great and always sort out any issues quickly. We have stayed here four times now so highly recommended

Loved the location - easy tram to Alicante. So close the the beach! Pool was amazing - very quiet - barely anyone else using the pool when we were there. Host had tennis rackets and ball so we were able to have a hit at tennis. Loved the private courtyard - great sun loungers. Air conditioning throughout but the house was cool enough without it whilst we were there. We were a late check in which we paid extra 30euro for but this was very clearly communicated with us by the host quickly after booking. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily return.

Benjamin’s Town House was just perfect in every way! Communication was excellent and it was very easy to find. The location was spot on as it was near everything. It was an easy walk to the Old Town, bars, restaurants and also the beach, but it was so quiet at night and we all slept so well in beautiful air conditioned bedrooms. There was so much space in his house and we loved the decor where the old mixed with the new and the room and terrace on the top floor was magical and the view exceptional-a real sanctuary! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The view of the sea and sunrises is just amazing. In addition, Calpe is within walking distance and plenty of parking. Simply great.

We recommend 200/100 this spacious and very clean place. Listing photos are as described. We spent a week there and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host he deserves much more than 5 stars: adorable, listening he ordered us a baby bed and a kettle on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he welcomed us very warmly into his home. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you again so much Roberto and see you soon.

Wow!! Marinas place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, decorated beautifully and we had all we needed for our short stay. Marina was very quick to reply to questions and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The property itself has a beautiful front garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or to be able to eat outside. The seating area on the balcony was also very lovely as was the bottom patio with deck chairs. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool very clean. There is nothing I can fault on this property. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to visit again in the future!
