There is a second terrance with a chill-out area with sofas and armchairs to enjoy the the sun. There's a dining area and a barbecue just for you!! The house has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with satellite TV and WIFI, kitchen and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing machine, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable. The living room is bright and spacious. It has fantastic views to the bay and direct access to the terrace. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's satellite TV too. FREE High Speed WIFI inside the house. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter. And out of summer, you can enjoy the real experience of having a sauna after enjoying your day in a Mediterranean beach. Come and feel like at home living the real Mediterranean atmosphere. Registry number VT-35036-V There's a communal swimming pool indoor/outdoor, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The pool is very big (more than 13m long by 4 m wide). There are also communal areas for playing and ejoying the free time. The house has a parking place (indoor) with space up to 4 cars. So, no issues with parking. This is an owner managed property. We like to think that our guests feel at home in Villa Mariola. So, we are always available to help our guests to enjoy their stay. We have also prepared some guides for our guests so they have all important information about the area, what to do, where to eat... We have very special monthly rates for low and mid season. Villa Mariola is located in a charming residential area in pretty gardens and with a communal swimming pool and social area. It's a private complex with exclusive residents' access in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to Cullera for easy access to sights, great shopping, and restaurants. Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city. The house has indoor parking place for up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking. The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach. There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.

The stay was perfect. The description of the apartment and its services have been very faithful to the reality. The flat has board games and books making it suitable for families with children. The location is ideal , close to Poniente beach and close to Restaurants and nightlife areas. It is very quiet and suitable for a good rest. I recommend it 100%. I would definitely go back in another ocacion.

Our stay was great, the apartment was very well located close to the beach and all amenities like restaurants, super markets, etc. everything was within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was very well equipped and all in very good condition. We felt that in the pictures he looked older than he actually is. It is worth noting the community pool, which was very good and very quiet. The only thing that would improve would be the comfort of the bed, but it was correct anyway. One of the pillows was annoying as if to change it. We would definitely repeat!

We have enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We were there with my parents who are over 70 years old and it was very comfortable to have the beach less than 5 minutes walk away. The wonderful pool with few people. The apartment had everything you need, minus "kitchen towels". Fully recommended, we will be back with pleasure.

Stayed for a long weekend with friends, really liked the house and was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We had a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom each which worked really well. Right in the heart of the old town so was nice to have a 2 min walk back from the bars when we were out late! Can get a bit noisy from the street at night, but slept well using ear plugs.
