Situated in a warm and relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea. The house is located in Residentuial Villas Mediterraneo, one of the the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. The perfect place for your holidays ★★★★★ The villa has one terrace with hammocks to enjoy the splendid views and the sun. There is a second terrance with a chill-out area with sofas and armchairs to enjoy the the sun. There's a dining area and a barbecue just for you!! The house has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with satellite TV and WIFI, kitchen and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing machine, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable. The living room is bright and spacious. It has fantastic views to the bay and direct access to the terrace. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's satellite TV too. FREE High Speed WIFI inside the house. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter. And out of summer, you can enjoy the real experience of having a sauna after enjoying your day in a Mediterranean beach. Come and feel like at home living the real Mediterranean atmosphere. Registry number VT-35036-V There's a communal swimming pool indoor/outdoor, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The pool is very big (more than 13m long by 4 m wide). There are also communal areas for playing and ejoying the free time. The house has a parking place (indoor) with space up to 4 cars. So, no issues with parking. This is an owner managed property. We like to think that our guests feel at home in Villa Mariola. So, we are always available to help our guests to enjoy their stay. Villa Mariola is located in a charming residential area in pretty gardens and with a communal swimming pool and social area. It's a private complex with exclusive residents' access in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to Cullera for easy access to sights, great shopping, and restaurants. Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city. The house has indoor parking place for up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking. The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach. There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.

Luxurious House with Splendid Seeview Close to Beach.

Open the idyllic wooden shutters and step out onto the expansive balcony for breakfast overlooking the Alicante bay. This 232 sqm luxury house has a fantastic seaview and is perfectly located only 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Spain. Well situated in a private gated community with extensive green areas, 4 magnificent pools, tennis courts and nice gardens. Alicante is only a 15 min drive away and 10 min away from the Airport. 2min walk to nice restaurants. You have access to the whole house except our private wardrobes that are looked. The nearby beach is considered one of the best beaches in Spain, just a 5-minute drive away from the complex, and there are many top restaurants within a short drive. Buses to Alicante and Santa Pola leave from just outside the gates. The view from the house is amazing overlooking the bay of Alicante and the mountains. 10-min to the airport. The location of the house is very convenient with walking distances to all amenities. If you like to go further there are both communal buses or cheap taxi that takes you to your destination efficient. If you do not want to walk to the beach, there is a bus leaving every 10 minute that takes you to the best beach, Playa Carabassi in just a few minutes. There are communal buses to Alicante and Santa Pola leaving just outside the gates of the community. Travel by bus is cheap. If you need taxis, just tell the security guard be the entrance and he will get you a cab in 10 minutes. It cost about 25 euros to go to Alicante or the Airport. Luxury Penthouse Suite in the Center of Alicante

Sit out on the balcony and take in the views overlooking a castle at this luxury penthouse. Offering plenty of privacy and a spacious living area, this flat also includes all the amenities needed, and is located close to restaurants and museums. The only penthouse in the building: very high privacy. Fully restored in 2018: big main room including dinning, kitchen, living and balcony. 1 bathroom and 1 room with king size bed. Best location and incredible views of the castle I will be available during your stay in case you need me for information. The apartment is located at the city center, so it is very easy to travel around the city. Plenty of shops, bars, and cafes are within a short walk. Very well communicated with bus stops, TRAM, taxi stops... Many parkings around in case you bring a car. HOUSE´S GUIDE The apartment has all kind of appliances and devices. All their manuals are at the small closet over the fridge. The first- aid kit is in the closet beside the fridge. The apartment has also two big awnings, that are controlled by a remote control. TV has TDT channels, Movistar + channels, and Apple TV Air conditioner machine has both cool and hot air. It is very important to switch it off while you are not in the apartment. In this guide you can also find some recomended restaurants, main places of interest, bars etc.
