Monthly Rentals in Manduria

We stayed 4 days in a typical local apartment on the first floor. Recently renovated, it has all the comforts of a modern apartment, while maintaining the “Manduriano” style. The apartment also has a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner. You can reach the beaches in about 20/25 minutes. Burkhard gave us very useful information to reach the apartment and upon our arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Maria Italia, very nice and kind. In addition, Burkhard provided us with fresh water, coffee and a great Primitivo wine that unfortunately I could not drink. We really enjoyed everything. Highly recommended! Stunning ancient building with beautiful traditional interiors. Great Location with Private parking and located in the centre of Manduria, with great outdoor space too. In the flat there’s everything you need for longer stays. Highly recommend

The apartment is located about twenty minutes from the beaches, we really appreciated the quiet location. The apartment is very nice and modern with two bathrooms. Alessandro has always been very responsive and friendly. A perfect stay, thank you very much
