We have stayed at this house before and always enjoyed the amenities, location and our very responsive host. We had a great time this year as well and would definitely rent it again.

This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

The stay was in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time at the pool there. The house was clean and free of clutter. When we had issues with the AC, Melissa responded right away and worked hard to fix the issue immediately. She refunded us the night as we stayed at a hotel with the house at 80. The AC got fixed the next day and we stayed our final night. Thanks Melissa for all your help making for a great stay.

Beautiful home would recommend to anyone staying in Florida. Home was clean and inviting the whole family enjoyed it. It was comfortable and relaxing. It also was so close to restaurants and the beach an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Andreas' Shellflower home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for 6 adults, all furnishings and amenities were very nice and as described. The kitchen was stocked with a huge supply of cooking utensils, pots, small appliances and baking dishes. Also, for the Keurig coffee maker, there were many pods including favored coffee - this made it easy to brew a warm drink in the morning. Rotunda West (location) is a very large residential development. So, it is quiet, no road noise or other distractions. Thanks for a pleasant, easy stay.

Kellie's place "The Aqua Oasis" was everything we were looking for. It was bright, clean, comfortable, well decorated, spacious, stocked well, and only 10 min or less to the beautiful and tranquil waters of the Gulf. The pool was nice to take a dip in and the fact that she accepts pets is great for us canine owners! Also, Kellie was a very prompt communicator which was appreciated when we needed her. If I'm ever back in the Englewood area, I'll definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay during our vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! She had great suggestions on what to do and where to go. The heated pool was a big hit with our kids.

We were so grateful to have such a beautiful place to stay at for our vacation week. Great location! Great building! Privacy was pristine! Accommodations were wonderful! There were 9 of us and we all enjoyed our own space and ease of getting somewhere when we wanted to. Loved it all!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

Dana was an amazing host. The space was beautiful and magical. We can’t wait to return again. Thank you for everything.

Lynn’s property was beautiful and clean in a quiet neighborhood. It had an abundance of items for use for the beach and exploring. As well as fully furnished. It was also beautifully decorated. We had a hiccup at the beginning of our vacation that was going to send us home, and Lynn went beyond her duty to not let that happen, and for that I am forever thankful.

Great location close to restaurants and the beach! This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is super clean and felt like a home away from home! Everything is beautifully decorated with some wonderful updates. Our pup was very comfortable there with a great Florida room and fenced in backyard to chill. The bed we slept in was very comfortable- and we are picky because we have a great bed at home! Everything is as described and they provided a lot of amenities- bath products, beach stuff, and even a few snacks! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but hope to next time!

Absolutely loved our stay. After suffering 3 hurricanes, Englewood and the surrounding areas are working hard to put the pieces back together. We kept saying…..it’s “perfectly imperfect”. Every morning we got up, and immediately sat outside and watched the shoreline come to life. Loved packing lunches each day and planning adventures to all the different beaches. I was even lucky enough to find a megalodon tooth! We got up early one day and made it to Myakka State Park to get one of the few passes they hand out to hike to the Deep Hole! Yes, alligators everywhere!

I wish I could give ten stars to this place. It’s immaculate, impeccably decorated and has anything you’d need for a beach stay! It’s less than a minute walk from the door to the beach. Adorable neighborhood far enough from more crowded beach but walkable to restaurants and a few shops (or you can take the free island shuttle). Plenty of towels for the beach, chairs, and a wagon (but you’re so close to the beach you really don’t need it. Lovely outdoor space in front and back. Quiet neighborhood with the gulf sounds in the background and thousands of stars at night. Bradley is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location and very private beach. Excellent gym at the resort. Restaurant at the resort was closed for the holiday weekend which was odd but not the owners fault. Owners were very responsive to anything we needed to ask about.

The place had a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking & to eat in. I’ve been to plenty of airbnbs and this home had everything and more. Highly recommend this place! Host was always responsive as well. Greatly appreciate!

Morningside was in a great location, very clean and well furnished. John was very responsive. Beautiful pond in the back with lots of wildlife to see. Very relaxing. The weather was our only issue. It was a risk taken at the start of hurricane season. Therefore we spent quite a bit of time at the house. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely renovated home with all new furnishings and decor. Very tastefully done. Comfortable and fun. Really enjoyed eating all our meals on the screened in porch!! We also enjoyed nearby Englewood beach and also ldriving to Boca Grande, just 25-30 min away. Beautiful place as well. Found over 600 sharks teeth in just a few days.. Amazing time!!

My family and I have been traveling to Englewood/ Rotonda area for over two decades. Rick's home is the Florida dream. Secluded, in a nature infused setting yet minutes away from grocery stores and under 20 minutes to the beach. Only an hour to SRQ or Punta Gorda. Rick communicated promptly every step of the way. This stay is everything we needed in an Airbnb.

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

This house is amazing! The furnishings are stunning, the patio and pool is super comfortable! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing family meals. Our favorite part was watching the lotus flowers bloom in the tranquil koi pond in the backyard! We can’t wait to return!

Just wanted to Thank you John again for a really great time. This place was excellent and exactly as described. The island is one ☝🏻 of our favorite spots ❤️. We will be back for sure. Always feel refreshed when you get home.
