Very clean, good location - close driving distance to the beach and walking distance to a good ice cream place! Kathy was great at communicating. We would stay there again.

Location was excellent, property was clean and as described. Free trolley service right on the corner made traveling to the Village easy. The view of the beach was beautiful and the shower had ample pressure and hot water for the 5 of us. Only thing it was lacking was enough towels and cleaning supplies to keep kitchen area cleaned up after meals. Will. Definitely return in the future!

We originally planned to only stay two nights but extended our stay because the energy was 100/10 there !! My husband I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s and this is by far one of the best ones! We’re making our way around FL & hope to come back here before heading home. It was a perfect vacation and had everything that we needed! There were even bunnies in the yard every night and we loved that :) Will definitely recommend & plan to be back! The ONLY thing i’d suggest is if the water pressure could be higher but it wasn’t an issue, we appreciated the hospitality! Venice beach was lovely but recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet. Paradise grille & Pops sunset grille were both delicious!! Be blessed!

The place was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Every concern was met with exceptional response time! We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet space to stay. We had no issues finding the enterance with the insructions given and were easily able to access the property. The pool is shared which I didn't notice on booking but was not an issue during our weekend trip.

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

Place was gorgeous as pictured and very clean and comfortable. The deck is amazing! We enjoyed sitting out every night. Even though unit is on a busy main road, the traffic was quiet by 11 pm. Could not hear traffic much inside. Could not see sunset from deck during our time of stay. Ad should advise it is visible only certain times of the year. The town is easy to maneuver and find things. Trolleys are numerous and run frequently. Drivers are very entertaining. This was our first rental through Airbnb. You might want to mention the management office at the condo building has nothing to do with this unit and will not help you with anything. Host of our unit was very helpful and responded immediately to any needs! Would definitely rent again!

Christina's studio is our favorite place to stay when we visit our son and his family. Christina is a terrific host. The location is perfect. It is close to beaches, trails, restaurants, stores, and our grandkids! The studio is clean, comfortable, and a great place to return to after an active day! We look forward to our future visits.

This place and the community was fabulous! We have young kids and it was perfect. The condo was in great shape- nice and comfortable furniture, spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen with appropriate amount of kitchen fixtures. Our kids loved the pool, a little too much! The community was quiet and everyone was friendly. It is a little bit of a hike, about 15 minutes to get to the beach, but the place had a big beach cart to use so that helped to lug everything. We will keep this place in mind if we venture down to Siesta again!

Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

This has been our best AirBnB experience yet! Marti was an awesome host! The unit was extremely nice and newly renovated! Very private but close to the beach and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed the place so much we already booked another stay with there for later this year! The bed & pillows were comfortable and there was a nice ceiling fan! And we loved the pool!!

Great location. Very nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you could need from the bath to the kitchen. Great views. Would highly recommend.

We have been coming to siesta key for years and this place was perfect. The host provided chairs, beach towels, coolers, umbrellas and a buggy to carry everything. This was so convenient! We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Courtney.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Wendy's Airbnb.. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated with a well equiped kitchen. The condo property was well kept up and had a lovely pool. The location across from Lido Beach was perfect. Wendy was very responsive to any questions I had.

we enjoyed a few nights at the apartment attached to Anne's home. it was clean, cool and had everything we needed for our quick trip. we were welcomed by the host and she was very responsive and helpful. perfect place for just the 2 of us.

My wife and I found this rental pretty quickly due to it being in the general location we wanted to be in and within budget. Although the it is located on the Main Street headed over to Siesta Key and is busy at times, it is private due and seems to be well insulated block construction. It is attached directly behind a commercial building with a private entry to the left and plenty of parking. Sometimes you can hear faint road noise due to its proximity, however; it’s not very noticeable. The location is very convenient as it is literally on the main road that takes you over the bridge to Siesta Key. You can walk or ride a bike if you desire to however we just drove to pork at the beach. Monika was excellent at communicating with us and was accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra day. If you are looking for a convenient rental that won’t break the bank and is very clean and comfortable I would definitely consider this location. We will definitely keep this on our visit list!

We travel a lot and I will say this was one of the best rentals we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Home away from home. Great location. Everything you need for a day at the beach. Great restaurants and beaches only a few minutes away. This is fully outfitted unit with all the tools for a great day of shark teeth hunting and relaxing on the beach. Bagel Cafe is must for breakfast, Fin's was a great dinner for something a little nicer. Beach bar at Sharky's was number one. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, shark teeth rakes, sifters she has thought of everything. Even a washer and dryer in the garage, Great outdoor area if you want to grill. Full stocked kitchen... great unit.

Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

Enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club. Loved the bayside pool area. We had a great trip.

We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mossy Oak Ranch — it was everything we were looking for to celebrate our 15-year anniversary. Quiet, private, and relaxing, the backyard amenities were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like having a luxury resort all to ourselves, without the crowds. The home was beautifully decorated, and it’s clear that Eileen and John take great pride in their property. The hospitality was exceptional — Eileen was incredibly attentive and proactive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even left a personalized note, wine, and snacks, which made us feel so welcome. I was initially a bit hesitant about the outdoor shower, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! While the ranch isn’t very close to many restaurants (about a 45-minute drive), with a little planning, it wasn’t an issue at all. We will definitely be returning to Mossy Oak Ranch — it was a perfect getaway!

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

We love our stay, the space is large, comfortable and very clean. The perfect working bed and shower. We loved the location. Hosts were very considerate and kind. We used the crib with our 7-month-old baby, it was perfect.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.
