Family-friendly holiday rentals in Manasota Key

Just returned from another great stay at Kayla’s place. Everything was fantastic, the backyard pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We also really appreciate Kayla’s responsiveness. Looking forward to returning next year!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

Spacious home with all the amenities you need, well equipped kitchen. We loved the lanai and had all our meals outside. Green and silent surrounding, nice neighbors. A lot of beautiful beaches within 45min (AMI) or just 15min (Siesta). Good shopping possibilities. We had a great time and will be back!

Our stay was amazing, Ven was a great host, unfortunately there are always minor issue that come about when staying in properties but their communication was so great it over shadowed all of our concerns! Thank you for the stay!

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. The house provided plenty of room for our family of six adults and two kids. There are several nice features in the home including multiple deck spaces to relax in and a large pool and hot tub. The house was very well equipped and organized. Also, the location was away from traffic noise and advantageously situated on the north end of the Key avoiding the heavy traffic that occurs on the south end. Better advanced communication and more prompt responses to a few issues we discovered upon arrival would have made the experience more enjoyable. In the course of our month long stay we were able to address most of the issues and the host accommodated our concerns. We are planning on staying again next year.

Within steps you’ll find a lineup of dining options—fresh seafood at waterfront restaurants, laid-back bars serving sunset cocktails, and cozy cafés perfect for post-beach coffee. In every way, our stay was awesome!

Staying at Erinn’s home was a truly wonderful experience. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. Erinn was an exceptional host kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We had an amazing stay at this adorable mid-century retreat! The decor was stylish and nostalgic, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring our favorite beach spot. Our hosts were great about communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back.

This place was a great home away from home for the week! It was clean, comfy, and cozy. It was in a great location, being about a 10 minute walk from some of the best local restaurants, and about 15 from downtown! We found a great breakfast spot I would highly recommend, called The Breakfast Company. Would definitely stay there again!! Great price and Erin was a great host with prompt and helpful responses when needed!!

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

This was our second time staying at Lubos pool house. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking far time to escape back. Great location near restaurants, stores and beaches. Back yard and pool are a dream and very peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was a private and calm place to come home to after our long beach days. We enjoyed spending our nights out by the pool. The pool lights we a nice touch. Would recommend to those who enjoy being in a quiet area.

We had 3 adult dads and 3 teenage sons stay for 5 nights to compete at the US Rowing Youth Nationals at Nathan Benderson Park and the house was perfect. Yvonne was very attentive to our last minute booking. Bedrooms were perfect for the amount of people, kitchen was well stocked to handle 6 people plus more. We grilled out one night and the propane grill was perfect. We hit the pool once and was the perfect size. Bathrooms were very clean and neighborhood was quiet at night. House was in close proximity to the park as well as other restaurants so worked out for the back and forth daily driving that we did. Highly recommend Yvonne’s home for future groups/families

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheila's place! The location was perfect, close to everything. Sheila was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering all our questions promptly. We highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was so easy and enjoyable! Dior’s place is so cute and very clean. We were able to walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so nice to have our private beach access right down the sidewalk, and right beside the pool! We were also so glad that she was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit Siesta!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The area is extremely quiet and easy to locate. The home is exactly as described in the listing with a very private back yard/pool area and ease of house rules. Having stayed at multiple rentals in the area previously, the location is near impossible to beat if you intend on a "beach" vacation. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Marko’s family home was beautiful, charming, and spotlessly clean. The home is perfectly located, walkable to beautiful beaches and great restaurants and shops, including the market. Great place, great stay.

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

I had a few questions at the beginning and Gregg responded promptly. The house was neat and tidy, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. We enjoyed the wildlife I even brought my binoculars lol, The kids & I got to see a baby gator. We enjoyed the pool and the weather was great. Definitely will be back… Thank you

Deedra and her place were great. A relaxing place on the water with a pool, and a host who was responsive and polite. We couldn't have asked for anything more!
