home was very clean and cozy!! everything was in walking distance and close to the beach, restaurants and shops were walkable distance 😊

Great condo just like the pictures and description. Across the street from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants. Car isn’t needed if you wanted to come by boat (there’s multiple slips)

An amazing stay! From the very beginning, communication with the hosts was immediate and clear. The house was spotless—very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We also had access to scooters and kayaks, which was a fantastic bonus for exploring the area. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We loved our time at Mary Lou's condo - our expectations for the vacation were quickly exceed once we arrived. The porch was great for taking a break from the sun and still being able to listen to the waves, and the beach is only a few steps away! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need.

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s away from the crowds of Siesta Beach, but still close to everything. The setting is beautiful and the property has everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon!

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Had a great time staying here. Very central to beach, food & shops. Kyle is a fantastic host, thoughtful & responsive. The bed was so comfy!!! 10/10 recommended

Fantastic location on quieter area of beach but still walkable to the Village restaurants. Comfortable bed, huge shower. Loved our stay!

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

Kevin and Missy’s condo was exceptional! The beach and views were amazing and just as expected We enjoyed our vacation (even though the weather was bad). Will plan to stay again.

We frequent Siesta Key area, this was our first time staying at this spot. We will be back. I am very picky about cleanliness and this place was very clean and well stocked. It also included beach chairs and towels which were nice to use. The elevator was slow but not terrible and we were on the 7th floor. We did walk down the stairs a few times, simply for exercise not because the wait was too long. The views from the balcony especially at sunset were fantastic. Also close to the village and there are trolly stops right outside which is a nice mode of transportation. We will be back. Thanks.

This was our second year at Frank's beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is wonderful and we really enjoyed the view from the back patio.

Everything was great about our stay: the location, the property, the communication. By far the best views of all 4 condos, lots of ocean on both sides. Tough choice between a cocktail on the lovely balcony and the sunny beach just steps away. The owner are very nice. The space is ample and quiet. Decent eating out near by. Perfect Florida vacation.

Visited for my son's spring training w baseball. Was a last min booking. In a great location w a private beach and pool. Condo has been newly remodeled all new furnishings and appliances. Decor was fitting. Felt as home. Amazing host, very informative. We will return.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
