* Due to recent hurricanes, Manasota Key sustained heavy damage. Repairs have been completed on our property and we are excited to be renting again! Businesses and home owners are working hard to recover/rebuild. Things are constantly changing on the island, with some closures. What is mentioned/pictured in our listening may not be accurate due to the constant changes. We will do our best to keep our guests up to date. Englewood and Manasota Beaches are open! Most restaurants are open.

Our stay at Brian and Alicia’s place was just what we had hoped for for a relaxing family friendly vacation! The condo itself had everything we needed from all kitchen appliances to extra towels (you need a lot when you spend every day at the beach and pool!). They were super friendly and quick to respond, very helpful with recommendations and going above and beyond what you’d find at most other airbnbs. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Marina does an excellent job equipping the unit with supplies and whatever most people would need for a beach vacation. The unit is very comfortable and just a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is also well equipped. We cooked and grilled everyday. This unit is how an Air bnb unit should be managed! I highly recommend this unit if you want a beach vacation.

My husband and I stayed for just a few days after our wedding as a little mini honeymoon. The room was perfect. The views were amazing and we loved every minute of this place in our newlywed bliss. We plan on returning with the whole family for a longer stay! Nate was an amazing host as well. Super helpful and very responsive.

1 million stars! Wow - just wow! Our stay at this Airbnb was beyond incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything EXCEEDED our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect - convenient to EVERYTHING (restaurants, food shopping, rentals, highway, etc) and soooo peaceful - its literally right on the Gulf!! We loved *every second* of our time here. We swam everyday. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Host was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. She also helped us when we needed it and for that we are **forever grateful** If you’re considering booking this place, do yourself a favor and stop searching - this is the one. We’re already counting down the days until we can return! Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

Everything about his place says, "Welcome! We are so glad you are here!" Everything you need for a great vaca is included, and many extra little things. A few of my favs.....stevia, parchment paper, and foaming soap. Vicki, you have my heart! Very comfortable environment: lovely lighting, linens, furniture, and super clean. Superb setting with great access to the ocean. David and Vicki are first rate hosts! Many thanks for a wonderful vacation.
