This has been our best AirBnB experience yet! Marti was an awesome host! The unit was extremely nice and newly renovated! Very private but close to the beach and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed the place so much we already booked another stay with there for later this year! The bed & pillows were comfortable and there was a nice ceiling fan! And we loved the pool!!

Location was perfectly located to all that we needed on our trip. Being on the river makes for a very nice backdrop.

We felt right at home during our stay at Danene’s beautiful condo! It was well equipped with things you need for an extended stay. The pictures on her listing are exactly as posted. No clutter and beautifully decorated. We felt safe walking everyday around the community and everyone was so friendly. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and used it almost every day. The location was only a 10 minute drive from a great shopping area. We are new to being snowbirds and spent 45 days at this condo and will definitely look at going back again. A great place to stay to explore this beautiful side of Florida!

Great host - very responsive. Plus the location was near tons of restaurants and local services etc.. The place was very cute and quaint; perfect for two people.

we enjoyed a few nights at the apartment attached to Anne's home. it was clean, cool and had everything we needed for our quick trip. we were welcomed by the host and she was very responsive and helpful. perfect place for just the 2 of us.

This was our 2nd stay at the Olde Englewood cottage, and it was even better than last time (if that's possible). New lighting/ceiling fans in the living room & bedroom made the stay even more comfortable. Tom & Ling were always available if help was needed while still respecting our privacy. The location is in walking distance to any business on beautiful Dearborn St, and the Farmers' Market is not to be missed. Hint: catch the sunset at Veterans Memorial Park at the end of Dearborn St...it's great. The cottage is super clean, bright, and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook any meal, and the bathroom is bright and well-stocked as well. Every detail for your comfort has been considered by Tom & Ling. We highly recommend staying here...again.

We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

Beautiful condo. So spacious and well decorated. Provided so many things we didnt even expect. Beautiful pool. Very friendly community. Very close to beach shopping restaurants and gift shops. Wish we could have stayed longer. Inna is very quick to respond to any question. Shes a cery pleasant person.

This place had just what I needed and was perfectly located for me. It was clean and organized, well lit and comfortable. The recliner sofa was great and the murphy bed really opened up the room when it was closed. Opening and closing it was a snap. It's not the most modern place and could use a bit of paint here and there but it was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of big and really good towels, a good electric stove and oven, coffee maker, etc. and all the cooking utensils that I needed. A little more counter space would be good but it's a small place by design. Maybe a little rolling cart with a butcher block top from Ikea? That would help, but even without it I was able to cook. Nice TV with Roku access to all the usual pay channels. Overall I really liked the place and by the end of my week and I felt like it was my home away from home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed walking to the Englewood Farmer's Market each Thursday and being able to ride my bike to Lemon Bay to relax at the end of the day. I found Nicholas very responsive when I reached out which was a comfort. Thank you!

What a beautiful place!! Little slice of Florida paradise. Host was extremely helpful even with such short notice. Would recommend to others. Felt right at home. Be sure to check out the lovely Boca Grande Island if you stay here!! It’s 20 minutes drive and one of the most beautiful islands on the west coast of Florida!

Te’s place was so beautiful, the interior design of the Treehouse was to die for. As soon as we got out of the car we were greeted by the sweetest baby, Trouble, the cat, who appeared right out of the beautiful garden as well as Te who came to say hi. Everything was peaceful and clean and had thoughtful touches (relaxing music playing when we came inside, small breakfast with orange juice in the fridge and more). We were only able to enjoy this place for 1 night and definitely have plans of going back. ☺️

We had a great overall stay .The location was perfect, the home was clean and cozy . That said, we did encounter a few hiccups but the staff was responsive and did their best to address them quickly. Overall, we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would stay again ourselves.

Great place

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! Thanks Te! 💙

This place is perfect for a couple. Easy to get to with tons of restaurants & shopping close. Sitting on the porch & watching the water, walking on the pier or relaxing by the pool. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you could need. The bed was super comfy. I would highly recommend this place & are trying to find another time to come visit.

Nicole’s place was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space (3 bedrooms) and the condo was well equipped with essentials like shower soaps, kitchen items, and even some board games for downtime when it’s rainy. The condo and property were beautiful and quiet, but also loaded with plenty of amenities. We spent tons of time at the pool when we weren’t exploring or spending time at the beach. Definitely a hidden gem on Airbnb! We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to be back!
