Monthly Rentals in Maidsville

Christina was a fantastic host. The place was very nice and included everything listed. She answered promptly to questions and provided details about the local scene. The location was on the edge of Morgantown in a quite neighborhood but was also within 10 mins of grocery stores and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Brown House. It was close to Morgantown and our venue, yet in a quiet and private location. The back porch is spacious and private with a porch swing, seating, and a table for dining, all overlooking a nice view of the river. We enjoyed eating our meals there. The house is clean and cozy. Right next to the bike trail and river access. Great place to stay!

Location was great. Would advise to use google maps instead of Waze. Waze stopped well before the house. We had a great stay. Everything as described.

We were in town for a few days for a huge geocaching event. Just down the road is the West Virginia Botanic Garden it was beautiful and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The Airbnb was absolutely perfect it was so relaxing. Lots of wildlife to see too! I think I saw the same deer a couple of different times. Everything was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we really enjoyed it. If we’re ever in the area we’d stay here again.
