Monthly Rentals in Madison

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, it was in a quaint area exactly and everything was exactly as described! There were a couple appliance issues on our end, but Jordan’s quick and friendly responses were extremely helpful and made our experience better!

Really enjoyed staying at the Dylin. It smelled and felt brand new. I would compare it to a Home2Suites by Hilton but way better. It’s nice that each unit has a washer and dryer with plenty of space to work remote. Nice touches. Gym was also nice. Has free weights, pulley system weights and bench. It’s also in a good location, walkable to great restaurants and bars on E. Johnson as well as E. Wash

I had a great stay at Richard and Lorilee’s place. The location is wonderful and I enjoyed the beautiful backyard as a workspace. The space is private, clean and inviting. An electrical breaker went out on my first night and the next day Richard came down to help me reset the power and reimbursed me for the food I had stored in the fridge. I will definitely be back!
