Enjoy a drink while sitting in the living room, looking out over Monona Bay & the Capital. What is better?--the view, or your proximity to downtown, UW campus, & the Alliant Center? This completely renovated, 100-year old home is in the Town of Blooming Grove, an enclave surrounded by Madison's near eastside. It has new heating & air conditioning and is sparkling clean with original hardwood floors, stairs & hardwood trim detail. There are 2 bedrooms (with ample closet & storage space), a living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom. Please note the staircase is steep and may be difficult for some guests. Please inquire about e-bike availability for use during your stay.

Tranquil Bay Creek Home: The Ideal location for all of your Madison Adventures ZTRHP1-2020-00049 Enjoy the very best of Madison from my comfortable, ideally situated home. You will enjoy off-street parking, locked storage for your bicycles and even sometimes eggs courtesy of my hens. (Update- retired my girls and hoping for new chicks soon.) *I adhere to all recommended cleaning/sanitizing protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. I keep the house unrented for 3 to 5 days between guest stays.

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Follow the path to the back of the main house, here you'll find a beautiful space with large windows and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Make meals in the generous farmhouse kitchen. Sorry no full-size oven. Relax on the paved patio overlooking the wetlands and listen to many birds.
