Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lower Normandy

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Beyond the description and photos, the accommodation surprises with high-quality details, differentiating decoration, a sublime panorama and a prime location for discovering the region. It's hard to leave the place and the desire to extend our stay. I can't wait to do it again!

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

It is wonderful in Guillaume's apartment. You feel right at home. Everything is beautifully decorated, super clean and it was wonderful to enjoy this great view there. It is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. You can walk to the village or the beach in a few minutes. We will be happy to come back. 100% recommendation! Thank you for letting us be there.

The cottage earned 5 stars in cleanliness, amenities, location, and responsiveness of the hosts! Everything we could possibly need for our three night stay was available for us.

Le Pressoir was a fantastic location for a chilled family break. The property itself was lovely - spacious, light, nice interiors, well appointed and exactly as per the description. The owners had thought of everything - not only the basics like plenty of crockery and cutlery but also thoughtful touches such as charcoal for the barbeque, pool accessories etc. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. There was an added bonus of young foals in the adjacent field which the kids loved. The pool was gated, warm and well-maintained. The only slight drawback for us was that you need to drive to get to decent sized local supermarket and/or restaurants to eat out but we knew this beforehand. All in all we would highly recommend this property!

Phillips and Annick's accommodation was a dream in a dream location. If we hadn't had other travel plans, we would have liked to have stayed longer. The house was so sparkling clean, we've never experienced that before. We were spoiled by the fantastic landscape and the view of the sea.

Such a beautiful stay at Evelyne’s place. Gite is exactly like the photos and the garden and pool area is stunning.

I recommend this accommodation, the view is extraordinary, its terrace well sheltered from the wind we were able to eat there every noon, the amenities and bedding are perfect! Just to review the coffee maker which is not up to the standard of the house. The concierge is superb as communication and flexibility for check-in and checkout! We'll be back!

The stay at Sandra's was perfect, ideal for a romantic weekend! The place was clean, well decorated and well equipped. The apartment was well located close to the beach🌊. Sandra advised us well. I would recommend it 100%

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

We had a lovely stop over here in Rouen. The view from the apartment is beautiful and it is so close to everything in the city.

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!
