The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

The house is perfect for families looking to explore the region, or as a romantic get away. The Barn has an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Barn has its own patio area, and all guests have access to the large garden, which is shared by the other two properties on the site.

Located in a village classified as historical heritage 4 km from the Landing Beaches, your accommodation is located in an old barn completely renovated with natural materials and quality amenities. Bathed in light with its large bay windows and mezzanine, this semi-detached cottage is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for calm and relaxation. Dedicated terrace with garden area + shared garden with ping-pong table, free enclosed parking (1 space).

We offer ART workshops & MASSAGE A great place for time out to relax and/or as a perfect base for exploring some popular tourist spots like Mont St Michel (25mins), Medieval town Fougieres , Saint Malo Bicycles available. Wood for indoor fireplace is available for first night of your stay, after that €5 per bundle per night. We are also 5 min drive from the chateau de la Rouerie, wedding venue.

Guests can relax in a quiet 100 m2 accommodation consisting of a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. All newly renovated with character materials respecting our Norman roots. Ideal for family vacations with a large playground, petanque court, large yard and animals who love to be pampered.

Nice charming house completely refurnished (old barn), in the heart of Normandy, 3épis Gite de France.
