Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach of St Enogat, this authentic 55m² stone house has a neat renovation. Located at the bottom of the plot, out of sight and facing south, it consists of : An intimate terrace of 70m², a living room, dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed+ 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.
