Chalet holiday rentals in Lower Normandy

We had a great time at Jacky's place. The cottage is quiet, clean and functional. The birdsong accompanied us during these few days. The children loved climbing the trees, and admiring the magnificent view of Sainte Suzanne at sunset. Jacky was a lovely and very available host. We'll be happy to go back!

I had a lovely stay at Valerie's with my 2 boys. Everything was convenient , the accommodation well equipped, the small terrace on the side is perfect for meals out of sight, there is greenery it is really a beautiful place. I would recommend this beautiful little cottage. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Madeleine's place. Well located, pleasant and quiet garden, fully enclosed for dogs. Madeleine is welcoming and available. Recommended!

Perfect chalet for our stay with a beautiful view. Near town but not right in it. Place was as described. Easy to find and get into, very clear instructions. Comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook when desired. WiFi works although there is a limit to what could be used for the stay, but somewhat to be expected being outside of town. Would stay here again.

The cottage is located in a perfect, soothing and peaceful environment. We spent 2 nights and 2 very pleasant days, with beautiful activities that were directly advised by Laurent, one in the estate and the rest in the surrounding towns (scooter in the middle of the forest: we recommend it's great for those who love feeling), canoeing, and visiting with magnificent views Thank you to Laurent for his welcome, responsiveness and recommendations that allowed us to live our stay 100%. Hi, We had a very pleasant stay with a view of the Loir. Very nice chalet with a beautiful terrace, very well equipped. Bikes and boat available to fully enjoy. Catherine is very friendly and easily reachable and very accommodating. We keep a very good memory of it.

We had a great time at this family campsite in the middle of nature. Our 4 and a half year old son was delighted, with all the activities available for him. Also the restaurant was excellent. We recommend and will be back, that's for sure.

Small, quiet, well-equipped and comfortable chalet. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to access. Very pleasant setting with the terrace and garden (unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy it with the rain/cold). Very considerate host, very clear and precise instructions for access. Recommendations nearby in the elf left available. We recommend.

We had an enchanting stay! The place is peaceful and what a joy to enjoy the Nordic bath, the terrace and the living room with views of the pond and the animals (squirrel, frogs, geese, birds, duck and their young). Everything was true to the description and photos and the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. We highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is clean and well maintained. The land is wooded and the terrace is very pleasant. We enjoyed the location too. The sea is a 10-15 minute walk away. The concierge of the cliff was very responsive and attentive.

It was a perfect stay near the beach. The house is amazing and truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, and all the amenities you could wish for are provided. We stayed with our dog, and the fenced yard was perfect for spending extra time outside or relaxing in the sun. We felt right at home at Anne and Julien’s place and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

I am really delighted to have rented this chalet for the Easter weekend. Its location in the heart of nature is a great start for walking or cycling. He offered us the opportunity to enjoy the sunsets with the sea as a backdrop, a treat! This rental allowed us to disconnect, rest and enjoy the great outdoors for several days. We loved the place with a magical view, the place matched the description. The bedding in the master bedroom is at the top and the view goes with .. A small suggestion ...replace the barbecue a little tired and very small for 9. But we recommend the place and Camille

I had read the reviews of previous guests and thought: hmm, a little exaggeration can't hurt, but you have to be moderate. Now that I am writing a review for Claire myself, I know that there was no exaggeration. Claire's hospitality and sincerity radiate from her smile, and the accommodation and location are simply excellent. One of the tips we got from Claire for a trip I would like to pass on: definitely go to the market in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue on Saturday! An hour there is also just 60 minutes, but time seems to run differently. And for Claire: luckily you forgot your glasses, otherwise we would have missed that wonderful moment together.
