The whole family loved their stay, the gite was wonderfully set up for a family with two children. Everything worked perfectly in a perfect area. Christine was brilliant when making the booking, at the introduction and throughout the stay. We loved the local area, the local beach is only 15 min walk or 4 min drive - it was an amazing space to explore nature and relax. We also used as a base to easily visit mont st michel and bayeux. We will return as we can resist the beautiful area and gite.

Very warm welcome, Isabelle likes to share her passions and is very accommodating insofar as we respect the places and those who live there. The cottage is super equipped and tastefully furnished, it feels like home. The place is bucolic at will

We had a wonderful family holiday here and felt very privileged to be able to stay in the grounds of a 12th century abbey. The cottage is spacious, with a very well-equipped modern kitchen, comfortable beds and a large garden, which my grandchildren loved playing in. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, on the outskirts of the village which has a bakery - perfect for breakfast croissants! Longues-sur-Mer is a great location for visiting WWII sites, sandy beaches and the tapestry in the beautiful town of Bayeux, and we enjoyed cycling in the area too. Jerome and Isabelle are fantastic hosts who go out of their way to make sure their guests have a lovely time.

The home is beautiful & just as show in the photos. It is well-appointed for a large group, with the exception that two bedrooms are connected & share one bathroom. This was a week & half base for my group of 13 people during D-Day activities. It is a bit out of the way for the D-Day sight; however, we enjoyed driving through the countryside on the “avoid highway” navigation, through the nearby small town, Normandy is beautiful. Mireille was a bit slow to respond in the lead-up to the stay; however, was very responsive once we arrived & dealt with a couple minor issues that popped up quickly. She was flexible with our early check-in request, which was appreciated. Probably not the best property for those who can’t do stairs as all bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floors. I highly recommend a dinner at nearby Le Marronnier restaurant: good food & live music some nights. The best stop for groceries, gas, and bread was the Intermache in nearby Évrecy. Visit the Roman ruins in Vieux.

2 steps from Mont StMichel, in a quiet area.

We had a great time in this haven of peace and freshness nestled in the heights overlooking a beautiful loop of the Seine. The view is splendid from the park and pool, an idyllic setting to rest! Tavan and his family's welcome was great, warm and very attentive, they even offered us the opportunity to eat on site (the chef's dishes were delicious), it greatly contributed to the rest we were looking for. The visit to the Aboriginal art collection was a magical moment, thank you Kojo!!

I was looking for a simple, practical accommodation close to Le Mans. I found much more than that. A rich human encounter, a quiet period since I was alone, I felt at home with all the positive energy that this place and its host conveyed. An address to remember, to which I will be happy to return. Thank you and we look forward to our paths crossing again, here or elsewhere.

Greeted us when we came. Very helpful and kind. Was easy to get to the local monuments and activities, about 20 minutes. 10 minutes from a grocery store. Wilfrid always responded to our texts quickly and was super kind. Love the design of the place, so clean and peaceful.

Very nice, welcomed with our two dogs, we had a pleasant time. Thanks to the hosts for their flexibility and kindness towards animals.

Last-minute check-in. But at all, Hervé was very responsive and welcoming. The apartment is very atypical (which I enjoyed very much), large and soothing. It feels like home. Custom breakfast, bread, jam, homemade juice, coffee ... on the small terrace where the living is good. Everything was really great. It also allowed me to get to know other very friendly tenants. I have a great memory of this short stay and will definitely be back if I'm in the area. Thank you again Hervé and beautiful suite this path 😉😊

Olivier allows you to be your own hotelier for a few days: the bar, the kitchen, the spaces and the rooms will be your playground, resting, conviviality during your stay. Considerable and caring, he made sure our stay in this beautiful region went smoothly: and it was a success! We recommend this unrestricted experience!

We booked for one night only because we were in the area for a wedding! Corinne was very responsive and available to respond to my requests and be flexible on the organization! The room matches the photos perfectly and is perfect for a night :)

We stayed at Eric's over the weekend of the Ascension. A big thank you for his availability and kindness. Coming from Paris and being in an apartment, we enjoyed the pretty garden of the sheepfold (with a few animals) which is very well maintained, and our boys from the pool. We had the opportunity to turn on the fireplace (a little cool in the evening), it was great. The place is quiet, calm and relaxing.
