Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lower Normandy

We were a family of 6 staying for a long weekend over Easter. Lauren's communication was excellent and we really appreciated the detailed list of supermarkets, shops and things to do - having not been to this area before we were reassured that it would be a good choice. The accommodation, especially the downstairs areas in the kitchen, lounges and table outside were spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in Normandy coming from the UK as is only a 2-3 hour drive from Calais and an excellent base for places like Bayeux, Honfleur and Deauville. Merci Lauren!

This accommodation was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend with friends: Quiet with the songs of birds that lull us, a place conducive to relaxation with the jacuzzi overlooking the songs and magnificent sunsets, a very cozy and warm interior, an outdoor table with a large garden to enjoy the beautiful weather. The only downside was that there were 7 of us friends and so the only bathroom with non-separated toilets was a little complicated to manage, but we managed with a little prior organization. Thank you to the hosts for the welcome, which was perfect, we highly recommend this charming little house!

We had a great weekend at Nicolas' cottage! The house is really spacious and very pleasant to live in. Nicolas came to welcome us and show us around the house. We really appreciated the little attention to our dog (bowl available and suggestion of walks!). We slept very well, in the quiet of the countryside. Thank you Nicolas for the kindness of his welcome!

This stay was perfect and the accommodation was 100% in line with our expectations, the night is well worth the price indicated for an evening and night as a couple! A very good bakery a few minutes' walk away, and the city center is easily accessible on foot, The hosts are very attentive and it's very nice, special mention for the surprise that awaited us in the fridge! We will come and spend a night in their second home with great pleasure!

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

What can I say... Excellent welcome from Aurelie! We had a pleasant time completely out of the ordinary! The Nordic bath was just perfect, the very hearty breakfast was very good with local products and a brioche made by Mr. Just perfect! We slept very well (even with the little guest🐦‍⬛😂) I really recommend this place!

A huge thank you to Audrey for her warm welcome, always attentive in case of needs. Really a quiet and peaceful place! It was a real pleasure to be able to fish. The beach is 15 min away there are quite a few things nearby. We'll be back soon, we already miss it. ♥️

an absolute favorite! I often travel with my dog, I have stayed in Airbnbs but this one is at the top of the list. Not only for the setting, the location, the quiet, the accommodation which is already remarkable. But beyond that, everything was thought out in detail, the host is welcoming and responsive. Available, the essentials, coffee, salt, pepper, shower gel. We even have essential oils for the sauna if you want. Sauna and Nordic bath prepared nicely by the host in addition before our return to the accommodation. The garden is enclosed, which is ideal for animals. I've never seen an Airbnb as good as this one, thank you for the comfort and the good times.

The Domaine Saint-Ange is a true oasis in the Normandy countryside, run by the incredibly friendly and competent Aurélie and Éric. It consists of a beautiful château with multiple guest rooms and the surrounding property of around 30 hectares. This accommodation (Le Grand Hêtre) is one of the 3 "gites" (or nature houses) that they built themselves in the middle of the forest on the domain surrounding the château. It is fully submerged in the forest and feels incredibly private, with the only sounds coming from the chirping birds or visiting cows. The gite itself has all the necessary luxuries, a beautiful bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with a wooden nordic bath (with water heated up to 39ºC) Éric has been incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning, personally welcoming us upon arrival. He is always just one text message away, but never intrudes onto the feeling of privacy. I can only very strongly recommend this accommodation!
