Gathered as a family of 8. Given the gloomy and sometimes rainy weather, the indoor pool was used a lot. Close to the landing beaches and Pegasus Bridge. House furnished and tastefully decorated. Suitable for 8 people. Very nice rental.

A great place to stay and relax, beautiful nature around, nice view and host always easy to reach.

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

Very good welcome from Sonia in a home where it is good to live. Everything is available for a perfect stay, beautiful decoration, top equipment 👌🏻 (swimming pool, bicycles, etc.) I recommend it for a stay in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.

We spent two excellent nights in Déborah's cottage, the environment is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The pool is large and at an ideal temperature for chilly people like us. The accommodation is close to many stud farms for animal and nature enthusiasts.

What a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It was great sitting outside in the morning having a coffee listening to the birds singing and the church bells ringing. It was also nice to have access to the gardens with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. We were holidaying to visit the various D-Day beaches and museums which were all within a short drive. The property is well appointed with everything you could need. Arnaud & Jessica were friendly and helpful and would respond to any questions within minutes.

Our group of 7 50 something men really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Normandy. Charlotte met us on arrival and showed us around the extensive house and facilities. The house was great with a well equipped kitchen, great covered and heated pool, tennis court and more. We didn't manage to make use of the bikes or canoes that were also at our disposal. Bedrooms were clean with good beds. My only criticisms would be that there was only seating for 5 in the living room, toilets did not have basins, and the directions were not great - a what.3.words location would have been really helpful. Overall, it was a great place to stay and one of our group plans to return with their family later in the year.

Beautiful house with stunning views. Superb decoration. Extremely well-equipped house with all the comforts for a memorable stay. "The Sound of the Waves" is aptly named. A true haven of peace. Great hosting by Florence who will give you plenty of good advice (remember to follow her instructions for access to the house!). Excellent welcome for dogs which is a big plus for me. Magical stay in a little corner of heaven, Philippe took care of us. The accommodation is beautiful and the environment is very peaceful, it is a perfect place to get away for a few days! There are many activities nearby, very pleasant hikes in the area and pretty villages to visit. I highly recommend this reservation to lovers of calm and nature, but also to those who want to escape for a weekend 🌼

We had a wonderful, peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Sabrina's fully renovated sheepfold, with a splendid view of the Normandy countryside. The location matches the photos perfectly. Although the guest house is nearby, everything is designed to guarantee our privacy and autonomy, without facing each other, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. The outdoor jacuzzi, spacious and already hot when we arrived, was the icing on the cake. The accommodation is impeccably clean, very well equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. Thank you to Sabrina for her warm welcome, we will keep a very beautiful memory of this getaway… and will return with great pleasure!

We had a great time. Sandra is very responsive and has good tips. The space is tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi is a big plus, with the small courtyard it's really great. Breakfasts, nothing to say, it was perfect too. I highly recommend you. We'll be back! :)

We spent wonderful days in Le Vast! Everything is just right. Normandy is a wonderful destination, with countless excursion destinations. The beaches are incredibly great, everywhere. The villages, the bocage, the flora: enchanting. The house is very nicely furnished, everything of great quality and comfortable, nothing is missing. The beautiful castle park "belongs" to Thibaud's guests and our dog has also enjoyed it all very much. We'll get back here, no question.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful place! Romain is the ultimate host and the Villa Siam is GORGEOUS. It was the perfect stay for our family of four (with four year old and two year old) plus my mother, and enough to do locally if the weather isn’t playing ball. Can highly recommend the Cité de la Mer and the Parc de la Chateau des Ravelets. Great walkable little beach bar/bistro, and then plenty in Cherbourg, which is a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much again Romain and Charlene for your hospitality!

Valérie’s place was exceptional! Every little detail was beautifully catered for from the quality linen to the yummy French teas and coffee pods. Valérie was the friendliest host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us so much local information and points of interest. We were sad to say goodbye. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of space for everyone, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We all felt very much at home and were sad to leave! This house is a 10/10 and we highly recommend staying here if in the area to see Omaha Beach, the American cemetery, and the beautiful French countryside. We hope to return!

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this property. Sophie and Clement were excellent hosts - they were friendly and extremely responsive when there were a couple of minor problems and fixed them immediately. The property itself was clean, cute and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. It was completely quiet and private, even with other visitors nearby. It provided a great base for two weeks in Normandy - an easy drive to many interesting attractions. It was also an easy 30 minutes walk or 5 minute drive to Courselles where there are lots of restaurants and shops. And the heated pool was an excellent bonus. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay with Sophie again.

We had a great vacation at Sarah & Harriet's. Sarah responds quickly and is happy to give you advice on restaurants and best spots to visit. The house is spacious and everything is as described. The ideal location if you look for a calm place to stay, surrounded by nature. Also ideally located to visit Normandy.

This was exactly we had hoped for. Steps away from a major WWII D Day site on a one way street that saw very little traffic. The space was clean and in, what I would call, a very historic home. I recommend this booking for anyone who would like to be centrally located for the historic beaches of Normandy during D Day or a quiet villa 400 meters from the calming waters of the ocean.

This stay allowed us to have 2 beautiful encounters: the little house and its very friendly owners. They renovated the little house with a lot of love and you can feel it as soon as you open the door. The little house is even prettier in real life. She was also impeccable.
