Farmstay holiday rentals in Lower Normandy

Super week-end dans cette jolie cabane canadienne en bois, entourée d’un grand jardin. Au calme, entouré de la nature et avec pour seuls voisins les animaux, tout la famille a adoré cette parenthèse ! Et pour les balades en forêt, un accès se trouve juste au bout du chemin !! La communication à distance avec Emeric a été très agréable: il est très réactif et plein de bonnes recommandations !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Route du Rocher. La maison est très confortable, agréable et correspond parfaitement aux photos et au descriptif. Jean est un hôte sympathique et très réactif. Je recommande !

Magnifieke gelegen in een zeer grote tuin met uitzicht op de Saint-Mont-Michel en grenzend aan een mooi wandel en fietsgebied. Groot huis met alle gemakken. Veel waar voor je geld!

Gîte très agréable pour un groupe d'amis ou de randonneurs. Accueil décontracté et belles prestations.

Genets ist ein ruhiges, kleines Dorf mit einer tollen Atmosphäre, leckeren Bäckerei und einer sehr netten Friseurin. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum am Ende eines Wendehammers, sehr ruhig mit einer perfekten Aussicht auf die Schafe, den Mont Saint Michel und das wenige hundert Meter entfernte Meer. Es gibt alles was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man möchte nicht mehr abreisen und wenn doch dann schnell wieder kommen. Dankeschön für die Zeit die wir hatten.

Nous avons sejourné avec un couple d’amis et nos enfants chez Mylene&John. Aucune fausse note si ce n’est la meteo qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter du sublime jardin et de sa terrasse. Des hôtes accueillants et disponibles, repondant a nos besoins particuliers. Un vrai week end ressourçant dans une maison chaleureuse.

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The home was close to everything but in a nice quiet area. They are wonderful hosts who always took extra time to care for us and make sure we didn't need anything. I cannot recommend the home and the hosts enough. We hope to come back one day as we feel like we just scratched the surface on the area and have a lot more to explore and eat!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, bucolic cabin in Normandy. The space was charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It's also perfectly located—just a 20-minute drive to the D-Day beaches, which made exploring the area very easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a historic and scenic region!

Nous avons merveilleusement bien été accueillis par Yip et Paul, et nous avons eu un réel coup de cœur pour le logement ! L’emplacement est paisible avec une vue magnifique, le lit est super confortable et le logement est un vrai cocon décoré avec soin ! La cuisine est très bien équipée, la salle de bain aussi : tout est parfait pour un séjour ! Nous espérons revenir bientôt ! 😊

Wir waren nur ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft von Sarah und Harriet. Gut gefallen hat uns das natürliche und gut renovierte Anwesen, der weitläufige und schöne Garten sowie die am Morgen sonnige Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche, interessante Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Dafür gab uns Sarah auch eine Sammlung guter Tipps. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

We were a family of 6 staying for a long weekend over Easter. Lauren's communication was excellent and we really appreciated the detailed list of supermarkets, shops and things to do - having not been to this area before we were reassured that it would be a good choice. The accommodation, especially the downstairs areas in the kitchen, lounges and table outside were spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in Normandy coming from the UK as is only a 2-3 hour drive from Calais and an excellent base for places like Bayeux, Honfleur and Deauville. La maison proposé par Jules était incroyable avec une vue magnifique à quelques kilomètres de la plage… tout était parfait jusqu’à l histoire des lieux et des environs que son papa raconte si bien.

This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

Un coin de paradis au milieu de la nature. Une maison charmante, chaleureuse et conviviale, avec toutes les commodités. Ilaria est une hote en or, consciencieuse et accueillante, toujours à l’ecoute et pleine de bons conseils sur les activités (resto, haras...). La region est authentique, agreable et ideale pour qui aime les activites de plein air (randonnees a pieds ou à cheval, visite de fermes et de sites remarquables...). Une destination parmi nos préférées.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen im Garten von Evelyne ist wirklich schön. Mitten in der Natur, Katze, Hund, Hühner und Schafe inklusive. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man ist schnell in Bayeux und an den Landungsstränden. Evelyne ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Place was clean and comfortable. Having the bikes was perfect. Perfect location.

Judy's cottage was well equipped for our 6 day stay. The area is beautiful and we were glad we stayed here and not in town. it is very peaceful with the occasional howl from the zoo monkeys. Christian gave a couple of good recommendations for restaurants. We were a little disappointed that the swimming pool was out of action on such a glorious week. However, everything worked and the beds were comfortable. Might be worth mentioning that the stairs may be a little steep for older people. On the whole I would recommend.
