Monthly Rentals in Lower Allen

This place is a gem! This is our second stay; one in winter, one in summer and it was a delightful stay both times. All our needs were met and then some. The house is clean, inviting, and homey. The furnishings and decor are lovely. It has all the things you would need to relax, fix meals, and have a good nights sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The linens are soft and have I mentioned how clean it was?! Becky, the host, was great at communicating and was very responsive with any questions or feedback we had. We will definitely stay here any time we have a reason to be in this area!

Brandon was flexible when we had plans change and the location was perfect for our needs. Plenty shops and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive…or walk if you’re brave. We’ll very likely be back. Served well as a home away from home. Internet was fast enough for remote work.

The studio was clean, spacious, and well thought out especially for a long term stay. I appreciated the stocked supplies. I also really loved having the river as a view! Overall, I had a comfortable stay with really no issues.

I was there for my daughter's wedding. it was the perfect place to stay during the weekend for the wedding. The place is very clean, had enough extra towels and linens.
