Monthly Rentals in Lost City

This was an amazing place to stay. The pictures don't do the house or the surrounding nature justice. The place was spotless and the guidebook had great recommendations for hiking, food, etc. A great peaceful place to get away for a weekend.

Our first thought is we don't everyone to know how how great the Little Black Cabin is because we'll never be able to rebook it. We were looking for a beautiful, quiet place for a romantic getaway and this was absolutely perfect. In three days, the only voices we heard, besides ours, were birds and and a coyote who made an appearance yesterday and darted back into the woods. There was no traffic, no noise, and the view - oh my God - is just epic. We brought a cooler with all the food we needed as we like to cook. The Little Black Cabin has a well-equipped kitchen with a real stove, oven, normal sized fridge, a coffee grinder, french press, and a drip coffee maker. Wifi works great, two nice beds, a clean and functional bathroom. Lots of outdoor furniture and we had our meals outside. There is even an an outdoor outlet where we trickle-charged our EV. The Little Black Cabin was heaven, and we will return unless yet another five star review makes it impossible.

Absolute GEM of a place. Location is ideal for a weekend getaway from multiple metro areas. Gorgeous views, wonderful home with all the amenities. Carlos makes you feel right at home and is extremely helpful. And oh that SUNROOM! We quite literally never left it! The views were spectacular and it was so cozy and comfortable for all of us, dogs included. Thank you so much for the amazing weekend Carlos!

This cabin surpassed expectations! We had such a cozy time at the Cabin for a long weekend. The cabin was clean and Jonathan and Cynthia were very communicative. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay again; would definitely recommend!
