Very pleasant stay in this apartment with sea view and a few steps from the beach! Accessible and available hosts, the welcome went very well and we were able to enjoy a very well-equipped accommodation with impeccable cleanliness. Everything was there for a quality stay. We highly recommend it!

Very beautiful and clean flat, convenient location close to the tram and city center. The bed is comfortable. Although we did not see Ludivine and Didier, they are very considerate. Fully recommending it.

The apartment is decorated with great taste, everything is designed to make you feel good. Special mention for the host, very available, responsive and attentive. Loved the short distance from the bay, shops and restaurants. Safe and walkable area. Clean and had all necessities needed.

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

Great stay in a great location

Ideally located, with a sea view, this accommodation is impeccable. Very well equipped, easy to access and a few meters from Pornichet beach. We had a very pleasant stay with the family and we will come back. Thank you to Nathalie for the welcome and her availability

What a bright, clean, quiet and beautiful home with beautiful views of the sea on one side and home gardens on the other. Anne thought of everything and we had a perfect stay. We also appreciated an excellent hot shower and the laundry machine. She was also always responsive and helpful.

What a lovely stay for three ladies. Loved the recommendations and the private garden was such a fantastic addition.

Extraordinarily quiet and yet connected to everything you need - around 10 mins of walking will get you to the high street of La Baule for all your shopping and grocery needs. House was spotless, easy to find and equipment was working fine. Some pantry staples (oil, salt and pepper) were in need of replenishment, but we managed by buying our own. The skyline view of La Baule was amazing, during the day and night - exactly as the photos. Will come again if we are in the area.

Impeccable, clean and very cozy accommodation. Audrey welcomed us with a lot of kindness and attention — from the delicious breakfast to the bottle of rosé, everything was perfect. The jacuzzi is absolutely amazing! It's a shame the weather wasn't great, but we still enjoyed it.

The accommodation is very well thought out, clean and neat. Hosts are responsive and give clear instructions to make the stay as smooth as possible. I would recommend it in a second.
